I have put this rating on Tuesday but see it is gone so lets try again. I do not think this even deserves one star. Not because the food isnt good but because the service is horrible and you get to pay for what you dont get. 11 went of us went Monday the 31st for a birthday celebration. We were the only ones there. The managed to screw up the first pizza and then served meatballs with the spaghetti that were harder then a golf ball. The waitress instead of just taking the price of the meatballs off the ticket and the pizza they wanted to make more. But they never brought it. As we are leaving she hands us the food they tried to make right. Well we received another spaghetti but still no meatballs that we paid for. Why would we need another spaghetti we already ate. After all the screw ups on our one table I see why no one else was in the restaurant for the hour and half we were there. They need some desperate training.

Let me just say, this is THE worst Pizza hut I have ever been to. When you walk in you are just told to be seated anywhere. Which is normally not a problem, however at this location there was one server working for a job that couldnt be done with any less than 5 people. After sitting there for no less that 5 minutes without being greeted the waiter and he takes our drink order. After slowly returning with our drinks he waits to take our food order which we already had decided. So we asked him to just place our order. Our drinks remained empty (only refilled once upon request). After another 30 minutes our food arrives. We thought "Finally!" but the food just did not taste well. We ordered a jalapeno, pepperoni pizza. It was terrible. That night we felt just terrible. Our stomachs were extremely upset with our food choice. We highly suggest avoiding this restaurant.

Originally my review years ago stated-"My favourite Pizza Hut in the area, always an exceptional level of customer service and the food tastes great. I love to eat their food :)" But now I dont feel that way. Place is under new management and ran by morons who are rude, unprofessional, and inept at their jobs. The staff is enitely obviously terribly trained and they treat customers badly. In short its turned into a sorry excuse for a Pizza Hut and we will no longer be going there and instead will go to Papa Johns where the staff are not rude, are well trained, make excellent pizza... hmm could it be the superior management? If this trend continues Pizza Hut will go out of business here in Buchanan. Its quite sad really, this used to be my favorite place to eat. I do feel sorry for the employees having to work under such poor management.

After being disappointed with lukewarm pizza my first week in my apartment in Buchanan, MI in October, I gave Pizza Hut a second chance. Once bitten, twice shy . . . or thrice shy? Lukewarm, late, and inaccurate. never again. . . . so I called the restaurant. The manager said, "Unfortunately, I only have one driver, and all I’ve had is deliveries – it’s the best we can do." She said she could replace the order, or I can call the store manager when she comes in on Friday . . . I hate excuses.

Food was good. Little pricy for what you get. It was extremely cold , air conditioning was too much to handle. Another table asked for it to be turned down, waitress said they couldnt because it was hot in the back.

Ordered breadsticks, and a stuffed crust pizza wanted them served separately. 3 minutes doesnt constitute serving foods separate. The waitress was friendly but more interested in what time she was done working.

Loved the food and everything was clean. The waitresss took the time to wave and talk to my 3 year old and the delivery guy even gave him some quarters for a gum ball. We always have a great time when we go.

Literally always gets my order wrong. They take the phone off the hook at least 15mins before close. Completely incompetent employees all around. Delivery guy forgot half of my order once.

I love it. Foods was good. I was surprised that they charge $4.99 for pizza and salad buffet there. My local Pizza Hut charge $5.99 in St. Joseph.
