I was in Pizza Hut and Wings on Crawfordsville road, Speedway, earlier today 6:15 pm thinking I would get an 8 pc chicken wings before I had to be back at 7 at sprint next door. For 30 minutes I starred at the table next to me with a tip of $5.50 on the table and dishes scattered, the place was dead. I had more time to notice all the dust on the wood window shelf and windows. My table had a food streak on it. When I got there there was one customer. I watched a guy walk up to the bar and a couple that came in after me eating their food within a few minutes of sitting down. There were actually more employees than customers that I saw (five settings of customers including myself) I watched all the employees walk around without a care that there was a tip and dirty dishes. Then a small boy came by and was eyeing the tip money. I finally gave up on the waitress coming by with my bill, so I went up to the bar and told the young woman behind the counter I wanted to pay the bill and about the dirty dishes on the table next to me. She told me to tell my waitress about the dirty dishes on my way out, (that was my waitresss job who was serving the five small parties). I just left...what teamwork....After I thought about it, I was kinda insulted... I mentioned I was in a hurry previously, and she checked on my food after 30 minutes.... She had another customers food and mine. Of course, she goes to the other customer first and taking forever to deliver my food knowing I was in a hurry. The whole time I was trying to figure what all the employees were doing walking around with only five customers with no cares and not stepping up to the plate....like they were the busiest of bees.... that location must be having record sales and profits with the level of service I saw......not.....July 11, 2011

Placed an online order at 2 and its 525 and still yet to have a pizza....when I called to talk to the manager, the lady puts me on hold and comes back ten mins later to tell me "THE MANAGER WENT OUTSIDE TO SMOKE AND SAID TO GIVE HER A SEC" wow, talk about rude....I was on hold for so long that I hung up and called back and said I needed to speak to her now and the lady puts the phone down and I can hear her hitting the window to telling her I was on the phone, then she gets back on and says hold please....few mins go back she gets back on phone and said "SORRY SWEETIE SHES COUNTING MONEY RIGHT NOW AND SHE SAID GIVE HER A MIN".....what yall dont know is, I been trying to talk to this manager since 3 when I placed my order at 2 to find out whats going on and why it wasnt here yet....finally I called back and said I needed to speak to manager and now! Upon waiting I found out that the managers name was Julie so finally she gets on the phone and I tell her "HI JULIE IM RECORDING THIS CONVERSATION GOR YOUR STUPIDITY AND WAS JUST CURIOUS TO KNOW IF YOUR SMOKE WAS GOOD OH AND IF ITS MORE IMPORTANT THAN YOUR JOB?" I waited in silence and nothing was being said, it was so quite that I literally hear the oven cooking the pizzas....I said hello and then she hung up....LONG STORY SHORT, THIS PLACE IS A JOKEAND SPECIALLY THE MANAGEMENT..... BUT THE FIRST GUY ANDREW AND THE SECOND LADY KALEY, I GOTTA GIVE A BIG THANKS TO THEM BECAUSE THEY MADE IT FOR ME AND GOT IT DONE.... ORDER FROM SOME WHERE ELSE PLEASE AND WHEN YOU CALL TO MAKE A ORDER MAKE SURE YOU TELL THEM YOU DONT WANT JULIE TOUCHING YOUR FOOD

To all who read this or Yelp reviews, anything above zero stars to way too high for this location. DO NOT EAT HERE. I was forced to give one star in order to post this. If you are the owner or manger of this restaurant, you should be embarrassed. This is the worst restaurant Ive ever been to. Not the worst Pizza Hut, but the worst restaurant. I have been here three times in past. Each time has been a huge disappointment, but I keep thinking things must have surely improved since the last time. You will not get another chance. Im pretty sure youre using this to launder money or run illegal sales in the back because no one that works here knows anything about making food, based upon my previous experiences and there is no way you are selling enough food to keep the doors open. Sunday at 1pm and there were 0 customers and no cars in the parking lot. We waited for a few minutes for someone to appear. When a girl finally came out, she told us to sit anywhere and someone would be with us. We waited for about 5 minutes while we heard what sounded like a party going on in the kitchen. Lots of laughing, yelling, what sounded like pots and pans being thrown, etc. We decided there was no way we would eat here and left. As we were walking out, someone finally came out of the kitchen. We told him we were leaving. I kinda felt bad for him. He had to come out front and leave the party.

Repeatedly told they arent taking anymore orders when I call about my orders placed 800-858 time frame...then when the pizzas are to be delivered someone calls me to say you placed an order idk what happened, but for some reason we didnt make(last night latest 1108). The most original reason my order hadnt been placed 1 month ago after I called past delivery time looking for it...the pizza oven is broken! Again I asked why hadnt anyone called me when I just called in here about my order...silence, then a it just broke! There is no responsibility from corporate over this store nor management! ! When you call the store someone is literally picking the phone up then hanging it up numerous times, or switching you to the recording then disconnecting the call! Never again :( Pizza Hut should be honored. ..this has driven me to post a review to the public due to such horrid service! I am literally going to tell the WORLD!

Absolute TRASH! Not making this stuff up because Im just some grumpy old person with too much time on my hands. I actually LOVE Pizza Hut.. The pan crust is my favorite part.. Cant get that anywhere else. But THIS LOCATION...Everytime I had ordered from here, its been an issue from them forgetting to dispatch my order to getting it completely wrong and now waiting 2 hours for a COLD pizza! I hadnt ordered from them for a long while until today.. I take that back my wife ordered for my son while we were away a few days ago but he doesnt complain, bless his heart! But IM FED UP WITH THIS LOCATION! ITS IN A POPULAR AREA NEAR INDIANAPOLIS 500! THEY SHOULD BE THE BEST! CHANGE YOUR MANAGEMENT OR CLOSE IT DOWN! OVERCHARGING FOR DELIVERY AND THE SUPER LONG WAIT..I SHOULDVE RECEIVED A FRESH PIPING HOT PIZZA! NO I DIDNT CALL BECAUSE IT DOESNT SEEM TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE! HOW ABOUT TEARING IT DOWN AND BUILDING A SONIC!?

The last 2 experiences with this pizza Hut left me not ever wanting to buy from any pizza hut again. The last time I dined in was my last. When we got there it took them what seemed like ages for us to be seated, our order to be taken, and even to pay. The employees were just hanging around pretending not to see the many times we tried to get their attention. Following that, when we received our food there was black curly hair all over it, it didnt matter what piece you grabbed it had hair. It was the most vile thing. I will never be eating there again. Not to mention the time before that when I ordered for delivery, my pizza arrived late for 1. And 2 it arrived cold and looking nasty but also it looked like someone had taken 1 or 2 pieces out and assembled to look like it was complete. Never eat from this place, it is absolute trash.
