Should have known when our waitress came to the table, when she took our order without writing anything down, then asked how we wanted the checks split that it was going to be bad. She came back to the table 4 different times to repeat different parts of our orders. My husband ordered a thin crust, but go stuffed crust, when she brought my brother-in-laws, it was supposed to have jalapeño peppers, she took it back and just laid some peppers on top, and then when my sister asked where her food was, she said it would be right out. Needless to say, we were all done eating and her pizza never came. When it came time to pay, all our ordere were rang up wrong. My family and I always tip very well, having been in the service industry, I know how servers rely on their tips, but I did not tip and this is a first for me. All she had to do right from the beginning was to write down our orders and everything would have probably been good. And we received no apology.

Called from work on my break to order for myself and some co-workers. The employee that sounded really uninterested placed me on hold for about 10 minutes... no apologies for the wait, but whatever. I asked a few questions, was in the middle of placing my order and hes constantly screaming "maam" around him. I have to keep repeating myself because he isnt listening. Then tells me to hold on and doesnt attempt to come back to the phone or call back since he did take my phone number. I could still hear the noise in the background as if he just put the phone down. The call lasted 17 plus minutes. I have to work too! I spent over half of my break trying to place an order and had to call the 978-8000 to get assistance. Never had any problems here before but he really shouldnt be answering the phone. Wednesday, March 8, 2017.

Given that I live down the road to somewhere which advertises the quality of its wings, I want to like Pizza Hut of Warrior, I do. Sadly though, despite multiple visits, each has gone wrong in some creative and inexplicable way - being "closed" 10 minutes after placing an order, being given the wrong food, being given cold food, being told I never placed an order... let it not be said that I didnt give them plenty of chances to get it right, but Im done trying to make this place work.

Very few places have I ever took time to write a personal letter to corporate on a place I have visited. It just takes too much time and effort. But this place was filthy, service was non existent, and when asking for pizza toppings it was pretty much they were out of everything. The problem was that was the second visit where this happened and I walked out without eating. They should close this place down or find a manager.

I give it one star because it wont let me give zero. I have no idea why we come back here. They lied to us about the price for f the pizza we ordered and charged us double what they told us to begin with. The pizza is okay but the garlic bread they have is the frozen stuff you find in the grocery store. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Bad food and bad service. They have lost orders and gotten orders wrong. The final straw was last weekend when my son ordered two pzones and they cancelled the order and did not call. I have contacted the corporate office again to complain. They either need to clean house or shut it down. They will not be getting any more of my money.

Service sucks ass...they take your delivery order but dont tell you that there is no driver. So you drive to pick it up & they make you circle the place 3 times before your order... that was supposed to be ready an hour before is ready for pick up! If you want to eat here...dine in. Maybe they can get that right ?

Do not grace this place with your money. Three chances and Im done with them. delivery service not reliable table service is horrible buffet with cold pizza rude employees let just say pizza hut should pull the management and fire the staff Im sure there plenty of people looking for work that want a job.

Possibly the worst experience Ive ever had at a restaurant... Service was poor... We waited an hour and then got our food to go so we could eat it at home... $47.00 for 3 cold medium pizzas and wings... The owner of this franchise shouldnt allow this!

Awful service. Messed up order and did nothing to correct it. Waited in the drive thru line while they recooked some guys pizza. They never asked the guy to pull forward for those of us whose orders were ready. TERRIBLE experience!!!

Nobody seems to care at all. Messed up my order tried to call got put on hold so I drove down to return the pizza and have been sitting in line 15 and they tell me I ordered wrong when Ive ordered this same order several times before.

Stopped here while travelling. Food was great! Service was great! Happy coincidence our kids are free that night too so it was very affordable. If I didnt live states away, Id be a regular!
