Visited Pizza Hut today (6-19-17) and there was already 2 people waiting to get in the restaurant. It was 11:05 am and the lady that was waiting stated that they had not unlocked the door yet, and that the waitress had walked by and saw that she was waiting to get in. So we joined in waiting to get in, then 7 more customers came up and waited, it was only then that the waitress came to door to inform us that they would be opening later, but not stating how much longer. So Pizza Hut Fayetteville lost 11 customers in 15 minutes. While we all stood around and talked we found out that this was not the first time this had happened, and when they did open the door there was no pizza made and they had to wait yet again. We went to another Pizza place and had no wait and the door was open and the pizza was GOOD.....I wish I could give a negative review, if so it would be -10 ...

Seriously, I never write reviews on ANYTHING. But, this place is that ridiculous. Every time I call up there the workers have the rudest tone. They never let me finish a sentence with out getting cut off. Today I called and asked for specials and whom ever I was on the phone with acted like I was a huge bother. Like ya know, its not her job to talk on the phone ! Anyway, she then tried to get me off of the phone with out me finishing my order , nor did she ask me how I was going to pay. And when I asked do you need my card number for this? She s like I guess?! Wait, what? So after I read her the numbers (twice) she said it was approved and then HUNG UP THE PHONE . who does that.?! My entire family refuses to eat here and I know why. Its disgusting how horrible the service is here.

This is not the first time delivery promised at 550 , no pizza at 705. We are exactly 1 1/2 miles from the restaurant.The only reason we keep trying again its always a different excuse of why our delivery is late. We have pizza at 711, barely warm. Will not be ordering again.

Waited an hour for lukewarm breadsticks after asking about them multiple times. Never got mozzarella sticks. FREEZING cold inside, which made the wait worse. Also, my sister says her pizza tasted strange, like it tasted sweet. No idea what thats about.

Made a repeat order on line they gave me wrong wings tried to call store know they have a call center that places their orders womam said credit for wings on my number cell into store credit not on my number

This place has been under poor management ever since I first went there 14 years ago. I dont know why I keep going back. If not for the pizza tasting good, itd deserve negative stars.

Its a crapshoot whether youll get fast service here. Frequently, they only have one person working, so service can be quite slow, but is usually good.
