Im a bus driver and Melissa would not comp my meal after 54 folks on my bus went inside and dined inside. Complete sorry policy. I chose this place cause the other one is under renovation. This is the 1st time I have EVER not received a free meal when I have taken folks to your place. 54 PAYING CUSTOMERS. Located @ 155 Marlin Dr, Greenwood, IN 46142 The students most likely spent $650.00 and Melissa couldnt afford (1] value meal for me. Randy Rogers 605 general pershing ave. Ocean Springs, ms 39564. I love this Chick-fil-a. We have been coming here for years. Staff is very friendly. They bring your food to your table so that not everyone is crowded around waiting for their foods or to order. During busy times the drive thru has crew members outside taking orders so that it speeds up the line. The first Friday of the month they have family night with a different theme each month. These are fun for preschool and early elementary kids. There is a play place in the restaurant. The area is kept clean and there are sanitizer wipes outside the door to use.

Always great customer service. Drive thru line is usually long, but it moves quickly as they sometimes have a couple of girls outside taking your order. When you reach the drive thru window you are greeted with a friendly smile by two people. One that handles the payment and one that has your food ready for you. I have yet left their drive thru with my order being incorrect or missing anything. I cant say this about some of the other local fast food restaurants.

Went here at 12 pm and was shocked at how the line was wrapped around the building. Decided to stay and wait. Took about 6 minutes from pulling up to pulling out. They had such an effective system! I was very impressed. My food was ready at the window and the transaction took maybe 10 seconds. Having those girls take the orders on the apps really made a difference in wait time!

I cannot say enough good things about this specific Chick-Fil-A restaurant. The owners of this specific Chick-fil-a franchise are caring, kind and generous. They care about their community which is reflected through their family nights and contributions to organizations within the community. Plus, the meals are great.

Best chicken sandwiches ever! The staff is always courteous and very aware of your order, and its details. I went through the drive thru one time, and they forgot an item. When I called the store to ask for a replacement they offered to drive my correct order out to me. How great is that??

I love absolutely every single thing about Chick-fil-A. The people are so insanely friendly, its clean, a friendly atmosphere towards families, not to mention the food is always so good. I cannot come up with one bad thing about Chick-fil-A. At all.

One of the worst Chick-fil-A. Got here 10 minutes before breakfast was over waited in line and then they told me they werent making any more eggs. Poor customer service. If it wasnt for how good the food was they would have got a one.

Drive thru is always super fast. Prices are reasonable. Can get full inside on nights and weekends but weve never not been able to get a table if we wanted to. As far as fast food goes this is the place Ill choose most of the time.
