I would literally give them a zero if at all possible! So I called to place an order and to pay for it over the phone, the lady said we cant do that if it is carry out, which it had to be, because Im outside of their delivery zone. I was going to have some pick it up for me and they had no cash on them... So I asked the lady well then how would I pay if it was delivery ?? She stated you could pay by cash or card (over the phone) I said okay lets do that, and Ill have someone pick it up, they refused to let me do that at all telling me it was a security issue. (beyond frustrated) so I cancelled the order. Later I placed the order online and decided I would run to town and get this pizza. Upon arrival they told me my order was never place, (the one I had a confirmation number for from doing it online) none of them were friendly, and they make getting a freaking pizza so Damn complicated. If papa johns had the stuffed crust, I would NEVER use this pizza hut! They arent worth it. Im not sure how this location is still in business.

Order online at 8:08. Called at 9:20 and "call center" gave me a code for half off and said it was out for delivery. Pizza shows up at 9:57 cold. When I tell the delivery driver about the code, he knew nothing. So I call the store again and shift lead didnt know anything either. He offered a $20 credit which I declined because I refuse to pay for another cold pizza and will not order from here again. Ended up sending the pizza back and going to Wendys. Theyre lucky I even have them a 1 star.

My family stopped in Manchester for an evening in July 2013. Kids only wanted pizza, after reading reviews for the local pizza places we decided on the Hut. The food was good (for Pizza Hut) my only complaint was a weird smell near the buffet tables like feet or rotten cheese (not parmesan). Otherwise seemed clean, bathrooms clean, service was fine no complaints.

Terrible pizza hut! No salad bar on buffet. Ran out of marinara on the buffet for breadsticks. Had to ask three different people and finally they brought a small cup and never refilled the buffet. They said they were running low. WTF?! Its pizza hut! Theyre running out of sauce?! Really?!

Good food but the last few times I have been in they only have one server on duty and its hard for one server to run it all. Had to wait longer than I should have to get refills and things. Dont know what they are thinking only running one server.

Worthless. Store is nasty, food is either under or very over cooked, staff is rude, and management is a joke. Ahsley (MVP Manager) is rude, hateful and will not correct issues. Stay AWAY! I warned you!

Just came from there ordered a pizza with really easy easy sauce get home started to eat it it had heavy sauce and I just threw it away wont get pizza from there again.

The food is always good and usually delivered on time. However, if you want everything you ordered I would suggest ordering from Papa Johns.
