I wont be ordering pizza from Pizza Hut again. The one we ordered last night was terrible. They skimped on the toppings and it had been sitting for a while before it was delivered. I called to complain and the manager said that they could remake it but it would probably be the same because they had started to cut back on toppings. I told her I didnt want another one like that and I told her that they would loose business if they tried to start skimping . The wings are still pretty good but they will probably find a way to mess them up too. If Im going to spend over 30 dollars for a pizza and wings I want it to be worth my money. So yes we was totally disappointed.

There are SERIOUS problems with this Pizza Hut. DO NOT eat at this location. The girl taking our order would not honor their Fall Special of two large pizzas with free bread sticks. Said she didnt know anything about it. I showed it to her on my cell phone, she saw it and said "Nope" you have to order that before you come in. Then there was the guy dropping "f-bombs" behind the counter and all the employees seemed to be fighting. Its dirty and several of the counters have not been cleaned. If you decide to eat here anyway, dont say you werent warned!!!

Worst service and nasty location. Yes we showed up at 730pm and dinning room closes at 800pm but thats still 30 minutes before closing. Server was acting like we ruined her plans and was a burden on her. She sat us in the section where she has just sweeped everything into. Floor was disgusting. Then messed up our order and when i asked for a refill she got an attitude about it. Oh yea and as soon as we placed the order and she put it in the computer, she brought over our ticket to pay. Worst pizza hut service ever.

I live inside the Tullahoma city limits. The Pizza Hut web site indicates I am 2.86 miles from this restaurant. However they will not deliver to my neighborhood because we are "too far away." The two times I have attempted to order pizza to be delivered to my home, the employees have been rude in attempting to explain their policy. Every other pizza delivery place in town will deliver to my home... even ones that have to drive a greater distance.

Extra cheese is not considered a topping here. Person said they could not fix it and they had to charge me. Everywhere else it is considered a topping. What cheapskates! Only reason I ordered was it was the only place open on the holiday. Other than that, I use the mom and pop places. Also, they were really insistent on tipping. If you beg for it, you dont get it.

Had to give a phone number and name, "so I could get my pizza because they all go into a warming box." I ordered in the store and was waiting in the store. Why I have to give this info I do not know. Also smokers work here.

I enjoy pizza hut. I wish they had a chicago style deep dish pizza, but as far as chains go they are pretty good. I dont quite understand why its considered a European Style restaurant.
