5 stars for this locations food and staff. We have never had a bad experience here. The reason for the low rating is that the prices keep going up while the portions keep going down. Granted, tonight we each had 1 top shelf margarita and I had a beer but I also had tacos (inexpensive) and a $9 cluster of tiny crab legs. 2 people with a 20+% tip = $115?? This same meal used to cost us between $65-$80 within the last year. I understand the economy this and blah blah blah. I couldve went to Meijer and bought king crab legs, lobster and steak and made it myself for less. Again, nothing against this locations staff or food but its just not worth that kind of money and unfortunately the reason we wont be back.

We went to Red Lobster two weeks ago and I really cant say enough about the outstanding service! Our family is a pretty large group with children who are still working on acquiring patience. The manager saw that the kids were antsy and seated us almost immediately. I watched his interaction with the other patron/ staff and I was extremely impressed. The staff was attentive, courteous and very accommodating. The guests who were seated next to us were celebrating a birthday, the kids sang along when everyone was done clapping they brought the kids a “birthday” ice cream to split. If you are looking for a great place to eat with wonderful staff I highly recommend eating here :)

Food and service were both great. But here is my beef: Every time i go to this location it is freezing inside. I assume the owners/management are trying to keep overhead down but SERIOUSLY.... turn the dang furnace up a few degrees pleeeeeeez! Myself and many others in the dining room are EATING WITH OUR WINTER COATS ON. Is there an easier to read, more definitive clue that your patrons are uncomfortable? Cmon guys this is a no brainer. Like I said food and service were great, however if you are going to eat at Jackson Red lobster be sure to wear your sorels and that leather viking with the rabbit fur.

Not busy at all, waitress wasnt coming to get our order, which was a misunderstanding on the number of people who were to show up, however when the manager asked the table next to us how everything was going and we stopped him as he didnt ask us, we asked what the deal was? To which she came back as he was at our table and he told her openly, "Theyre being routy." Simple misunderstanding and she was nice about it, but that guy should be gone. Openly insulting customers? Whats the point of asking anyone how their experience is going? Thanks for the overpriced pasta.

This location is in such an odd spot of town. Its tucked on a side road that you have to weave around the highway and main roads. The food is normally good, especially the biscuits! You never get cold food, its all very flavorful and hot! But the staff is a hit and miss. Barbie is my favorite! Ive been with her a few times, shes especially great with my grandmother Janice who is always chatting her ear off. I have met other good staff, managers are great (to our face), but a good amount of the hostesses are quite unenthused and not friendly.

Sence they recently remodeled the store inside and out however if you are not a very thin person this is probably not going to be a great place for you to go because they have maximize the booth seating and lets be honest if you are chunky or overweight aka fat you cant fit in booth seating so in my opinion it was a bad move im am fat myself so NO im not pickin on overweight people just stating the facts for the people in society who are overweight we like to eat obviously so seating should accommodate us as well

Why arent my wife & I not eating? Because we were rushed out of the door before we even sat down by Desire s a very rude and unprofessional waitress. Say sat with no straw. A hair in my food (not our). I was very nice the entire time. The manager didnt care as well. 2nd bad trip shouldve went to outback. Dont pay your hard earned money just to be disrespected and took for a dollar. This place should be closed down. General manager should be ashamed or maybe because my skin color?

Why is it that you now have to wait for your meal to get done to get bisquits? I had to ask just to get them. When I used to come the bisquits were never ending. Now Im lucky to even see a waitress/waiter to ask for them. Very disappointed the portions are getting smaller but the price larger. and on top of it all I was there on a Thursday at 3 oclock and there was barely anyone there so in my opinion I shouldnt have had to ask for bisquits

Ordered lobster and steak.....got my meal and my lobster was grilled with the steak and guess what, my lobster tasted just like steak! Common it is Red LOBSTER isnt it and they dont know how to prepare lobster?!?! The Strawberry lemonade was the highlight, certainly NOT enough reason to return..... If you want good food save your money and go to Out Back, better food and they know how to prepare it!!! Grade: F!! F, for major FAILURE!!!

This was my first time going to a Red Lobster in years, as I have other places that I like more. I wasnt blown away by the food, or the facilities but they were both average. I thought that the prices were fair for the quality of food. Our waitress was great though, which I very much appreciated. I would go back if someone else suggested that we go there but I wouldnt choose it on my own.

We had a very good experience. The food was hot, fresh and correct. We came at slower time. Our server did a descent job. She didnt deliver anything that was ordered. Not soup, not apps, not salads, she managed hot cheddar bay biscuits and one round of drinks and of course the bill. All in all it was a good experience and we left content and happy.

We waited at the bar for a table & once we were seated there was some type of mix up & we didnt have a server for 20 minutes... The food was good when it did come & they comped our table some apps, but if it wouldnt have been for the great company with our group of friends this would have been an utter disaster.

I love going to this location. The food is always great, the waitstaff is fantastic and friendly, and the bathrooms are ALWAYS clean! Theyre open til 11 PM on Saturdays which is great too - especially when my hubby and I have a hankering for some clam strips. Im sure youll be just as satisfied too!

All of their sides are not good, the potatoes are grainy, the lobster is consistently over done, and our waitress rolled her eyes at me when I wanted a refill (my first and only one). Dont like the resturaunt as a whole, dont like Jacksons either. Id be perfectly content never going there again.

It seems like this location is trying to save money by cutting ingredients. The cheddar bay biscuits had almost no cheddar. The seafood sauce tasted like salsa. The tartar sauce was very bland. Even the food lacked the taste Im used to from a Red Lobster. Disappointing visit.
