This was by far the worst visit we have had at this location. It is Easter so maybe the ling day took a toll on the employees but after being seated it took over 10 minutes to be greeted at our table. The fried craw fish was over breaded and tastless and the salad was soggy. The craw fish was returned to the kitchen without charge. We waited an hour to recieve our meals, in which I ordered a bowl of Lobster Bisque (being that it is my favorite), and waitress waited until she brought my boyfriend his meal to inform me they were completely out of the bisque. She asked if I wanted anything else prepared, but I politely declined, thinking to myself that I do not wish to be here another hour waiting for a different dish. My boyfriends fish was over cooked, his lobster was soggy and tasted like "steak juice" and texture of a raw scallop, and his steamed broccoli was so dry it looked un cooked. I waited 25 minutes for a water refill, even after setting my glass on the edge of the table and the waitress visiting us 3 times before I finally said that I needed more water. I would like to compliment the biscuits and the melted butter that came with the lobster. Those are the only two items we enjoyed tonight. The waitress brought our bill before ever asking how the food was. I was a bit frustrated with this visit so I walked around the resturuant to request a manager. After explaining to her our disappointment, to our surprise, she took care of our entire meal. We really appreciated this and hope our next visit is different.

Red lobster is one of my favorite restaurants, but this one in panama city sucks butt!! This should of been my first clue, when we got there at red lobster there was hardly any cars in the parking lot. When we got seated we got bread and as my husband was eating it, he got a hair in his mouth and the hair was cook in the bread. We got steak and lobster and the ultimate plate. My husband steak was not done and the lobster was hard and chewy. My ultimate plate, well the cluster on the crab legs was cut off, the crab legs were have raw and lobster was over cook. The only thing that was good was the pina coloda drink...we are here on vacation and I tell you this!! This was the most disgusting place ever!!! So if your here on vacation. Dont go here...youll regret it 80.00$ later!!!

We went there today and our service was terrible to guy was so slow we had to wait 30 minutes for our food to come out on a really really slow night then our food was Luke warm!. Then we were thinking about a desert but obviously our Waiter didnt want us to have any he brought out our check before we could even ask for desert. Our drinks only got filled once and we were thirsty. Literally the worst experience I have ever had at any red lobster.

Waited 45 minutes to be seated. After we were seated we waited 30 minutes. No drinks or order taken or even ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. We were only acknowledged by an employee (hostess maybe) when we stood up to leave. This was my first trip to Red Lobster ever, and probably my last for their Panama City restaurant.

Mark D was the best server we have had in a long time. I mean he was super. He did everything by the book. Food was wonderful and the staff was helpful. The kitchen was not slow. Fresh, clean and tasty. BEST EXPERIENCE. Thank you my Birthday Lunch could not have been better.

The food here was DISGUSTING! The lobster bisque was gross! The garlic grilled shrimp lacked any type of seasoning & under cooked. Whomever is cooking at this location need to be replaced with someone that cares how their food is presented!

Women wearing my uniform from work and struck up a conversation with the family next to me. Had a great time the food was good the company was even better. Just wish they wouldnt give me three biscuits for two people. :-)
