Horrible to say the least, we arrived at 5:30 on Saturaday evening, expected to be a waiting period, was told because there was six in our party it would be a hour wait , but if we wanted to split up it would be 45 minutes. We advised them no we didnt want to split up as we were there celebrateing an anniversary.An hour and a half later we were advised that it would just be a few minutes more .Then someone comes out and apologises for the wait but if we would split up the could seat us in a few minutes. If we had wanted to be split up to start with we would have already done so, needless to say we left and wont be back. This was after them seating other large partied ahead of us.

Ive never rated a restaurant online...but this was just pitiful!!! First of all, let me make it clear...our service was good. I kind of felt sorry for the guy...they didnt have any fish, except flounder...I came for salmon. Red Lobster is famous for their cheese biscuits and really nice salads in addition to the yummy seafood. I had to order something different than what I wanted. No biscuits, salad was a joke iceberg lettuce and 3 grape tomatoes. My grilled scallops came floating in water and tasted blah...yeah, blah! Will not waste my time or money again! Waiter was very kind.

Probably will not return to Dothan al location. Cherry tomatoes (3) were old and mushy in salad. Water was cold after request for tap water and not cold. Broccoli side dish was overcooked, and table next to us had same problem. Waiter explained that other table had same complaint, but nothing was being done to correct problem. Had stopped going to this location several years ago but hoped something had changed for the better. No such luck.

We frequent this restaurant regularly and while the food is good the service is even better. The servers at this establishment are second to none! Stephen in particular is quite impressive. Every time we go we ask to be in his section but even when nothing is available we still have excellent service. The only complaint I have is with the calamari appetizer. There is always more fried vegetables than there are calamari.

I had excellent service and food. I went around 2 or so on a Saturday afternoon, so I definitely hit it at the right time. If youre gonna have a large party, they do allow call aheads so you arent waiting forever and a day. Might wanna take note of that. Ill be back to this location. Thanks Tori for the wonderful service.

This place is way too expensive for the service they give. Food was cold and bland. Lobster was chewy and over cooked. This biscuits were old and crushed. The service was awful. The server looked like she just rolled out of bed and came to work. Rushed me in answering my questions.

Service was good and the food was okay but presentation was awesome. Not a long wait and everyone was really friendly. They no longer give a dessert for birthdays but they did sing, which was really nice.

Food was great..... service was slow I think he actually forgot about us at times. It took at least five minutes before we got to ice Waters and 20 minutes to get our biscuits. But the food was great

I love Red Lobster. The fresh blackened salmon was fabulous as usual. If you have never tried the lobster dip, please do. Sometimes I get a taste for just that and go get it for lunch!
