We never write reviews but after eating my birthday dinner at red lobster and being completely disgusted with our meals I just feel the need to write a review! As we will not be eating here again, with the prices being that high this is unacceptable! First I received my beverage and after getting a couple drinks down I noticed a small fly in my drink, It was gross but I brushed it off and waited for our meals. Then we received our meals, my daughter ordered macaroni and cheese with broccoli- The broccoli was uneatable ( she couldnt even chew it) and not cooked, looked like someone tossed it in water and then put it on her plate. Her macaroni and cheese was out of a box and nasty cheap crap!!!(( BUT very Expensive for kids meals!!)) Then my 95 year old grand mother ordered fish and veggie mix.. Her fish was so chewy and over cooked she couldnt eat it (neither could I), and her veggie mix was as well not cooked at all, it was hard and cold!!( (Not Cooked))... Our over all experience with this red lobster was awful, and after all this junk We payed over $60.

Went to dinner there a couple years ago. Sat back by the Kitchen. Ordered our food but could not eat it because of the fruit flies. Told waitress about it and left. Got home and tried to call manager but he or she wasnt available. Talked to assistant manager , he wanted to make it right. I told him he needed to shut this place down and clean it up immediately. I should have called the health department. This was the first time I,ve had a bad experience with Red lobster on westnedge. I have not been back there since. I have been going to Red lobster in Battle Creek..

Went to dinner on the 21st of Feb. I knew we would have a long wait but did not expect to have a longer wait to get the food. So while we waited to eat, we got to bat around the fruit flies at our table for fun! A manager-woman with short brown hair-asked us how everything was and was stunned by our reaction and complaint. All she could say was "I am so sorry" got flabbergasted then walked away! That was it! I think it should be a complaint for the health department.

My wife and I went to this restaurant on 4 1 17 for date night. The service was fantastic the bartender was great. My issue comes with the food I had. They dont sear the scallops prior to adding them to the bar harbor lobster bake. I spent the entire night in the bathroom with the worst stomach cramps and the issues that come with those cramps. I tried to contact them through their website but of course one of the fields could not be selected. What a bad outcome.

I have been going there for 20 yrs with my lovely sisters. We dont need menus due to we know what we want, The Ultimate Feast! We were sadden when we got our food and the lobster tail was tuff and dry, our crab legs were cold and the shrimp scampi was over cooked as well. The first time we ever had any issues in all these years. I hope next time will be better. The staff was amazing

I ate a few plates of food and within a half hour I pooped my pants. I had uncontrollable diarrhea that was very mucousy. I pooped probably 5 times a day for a week after eating it. It got so bad that I had to buy depends diapers and that didnt hold the gollon of perjectile diarrhea from ecaping the sides. Absolutely worst poop Ive ever had. Never going to long john silvers again.

Worst experience i have ever had at this location . The crab was way over done the waitress was rude Never came to check in on us, slammed our dinner plates down on the table .. most of the food was cold by the time it got to us . Address the situation to the manager and he did absolutely NOTHING about it !!!

The building is very clean and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and will help to make sure your dining experience is the best it can be. The food is very delicious no matter what you order. Prices are a bit high and wait times can be long, but you will have an excellent experience overall.

It is definitely not what it used to be. The rice pilaf wasnt done..the broccoli looked like it was dropped on the floor...dirty, burnt look. The shrimp skewers had no flavor... They need to remodel and upgrade the food.. i wont dine there again..The waiter was awesome!!!!

Foods always good and they accomodate our special orders. The problem and the reason Im giving 3 stars is that the restaurant is FREEZING. Everyone at our table was cold and our food got cold quickly- which is no good for seafood. Please fix your ventilation system.

Its the same red lobster from 30 years ago. The dishes change periodically bit many variations of the same thing. The dishes are still over salted but its gotten a little better. The food is good but not great and the prices are moderate. My kids love the place.

horrible experience if i could do 0 stars I would! Nasty tea. Steak wayyy over cooked. Waited 20 min for a new one. Instant potatoes that are NOT edible. And they forgot to bring half the meal!! Worse experience. Will NOT be back.

Shared a meal with my spouse for lunch and had plenty. Would suggest they dont serve rice with the crab special. Already had pasta. Switch to a veggie. Healthier and adds color to the plate. Great service!

The food was great per usual. My picky eater 5yr old surprised us by ordering the kids broiled fish, and he ate it all. Definitely a place to go for a fun family dinning experience.

We had great service here for Endless Shrimp. Usually Red Lobster is a little slow bringing the refills out, but these folks just kept us a busy eating shrimp as we could be.

The staff are all hard workers, and theyre not shy fixing problems in the rare event they happen. The shrimps are always on point. 10/10 for Lobsterfest as well.

My sons meal was not what he expected and the manager voluntarily comped the meal without a second thought. I wish this level of customer service was common.
