Went through the Drive Thru, worst speaker system i seen. either person cant talk on it or bad speaker system. had to ask twice on what they said. Person working window had someone telling them what to do, asked if they were new. They said they have been there for a while. Sad that they need to be told what to do after working there a while. Was handed an order, Fish dinner, i said i ordered the Whale, they just agreed. Handed a large Coke, Said it was supposed to be Mr. Pibb. they took the coke back and handed me a medium Mr. Pibb. bag was handed to me upright. when i opened it everything was supposed to be laying down, half of the stuff was out of packing tray. Would never go there again. Food tasted somewhat stale. Bread was dry as if left open or out. Hushpuppy was hard.

This use to best best fish in town. But at this location its just gets worse every time. Got a fish box for 2 to go. $18.00. Got home .. NO BREAD NO HUSH PUPPY. AND FISH WASH BURNT TO A CRISP. ASK FOR TARTER SAUSE NO KETCHUP. . only got ketchup. . After 15 years I will never go back. This is not this first bad experience. Its been the last 5 or 6 times. April 28th 2016 trying to give it another chance. Its only worse than before. 36 minutes and 1 person in line in front of me. Fish burnt. Workers joking and talking but with back to counter. When AFTER 2 MINUTES I ask if I could get waited on and I was told.. in a minute lady. Never again.

These ppl are so extremely rude!!! They drag their feet across the floor. One guy after arguing with three other customers then argued with my husband and about our order. Its just despicable to go and have a bite to eat and have experiences like this. Not to mention the place is not sanitary either. The tables were being wiped down with the same towel than the seats. Table was sticky, iean shall I go on!!??!!?? I do not suggest anyone to go here and if anyone asks me about it I will tell them the same. You dont need a PHD to work at Moby Dick but these looked like little street thugs.

I just left there. I asked the boy behind the counter how many oysters were in an order of oysters. His comment, I dont know, I replied really? He said a pound. (actually a 1/2 lb.)I ask him how much an order was( its on the menu board but I was having a hard time finding it) he said he didnt know. I went to pay I asked if he could do cash and credit card, his reply no, one or the other. I believe they are cutting their fillets in have because they have gotten a lot thinner, same quantity but thinner. I dont theyll last much longer cheating customers and poor service

I cant post much about this restaurant as I havent been able to get in the door. Last night (Saturday) closed up and lights out at 8pm. Tonight I went at 7pm. The lights were on. Open sign illuminated and employees behind the counter but the doors were locked. The sign of on the door said they close at 8pm on Sundays. It appears they close when they feel like it.

Came to have a family dinner at and after i order ,i was told that they ran out of plates ,how do you run out of plates so my family and i just got our meal and left. I wouldnt come back to this place ever again, food was fair not the best!!!

Food was good but staff bickered with each other entire time we ate and could hear all of it they were polite to customers but with each other not so much. We were there Tuesday March 14, 2017 at 2 pm they fought the whole time...

Horrible service, people that work there couldnt care less about customers. Most recent visit I arrived at 11:20am and there was no one even working, doors were locked and they open at 11. Avoid at all costs.
