My parents and I went to grab some dinner. We order at 7:18 everyone around us was getting there food who ordered and walked in after us. 7:55-8:00 and there were only a handful of people in the whole restaurant. We finally get our food I get our food my mom and I ordered broiled haddock, mind you Im going to school to become a chef and Im in the industry so I know what it is supposed to look it. It was so dry for the broiler and I could it was sitting under the heat lamp for so long. The waitress was absolutely awful I wish I got her name but I was so frustrated how can you serve that, I would have taken that right back to kitchen. We ended up just leaving and not eating it was that bad. Waiting 40+ minutes for dry haddock not worth it so defiantly lost a customers not only because of the food but because of the customer service. Just disappointed on both parts of the the front and back of the house.

The team at The Market Diner know what it takes to run a successful business. It feels like a family. People remember me when I walk through the door and make it a point to go above and beyond what you typically receive from other places in service. The food is GREAT and the price never outweighs the quality. I want to thank the team at The Market Diner for an environment great for all ages that I always want to come back to!

Weve been to many diners around Syracuse and finally went here yesterday. The breakfast came out fast and it was outstanding. I had the eggs, bacon, home fries, and toast and my wife had toast, bacon and peanut butter. The home fries were the best weve ever had, heavy garlic flavor which I love. The prices were on par with any other dinner. Would absolutely go back again.

delicious.you dont expect much when going to a diner but this place is surprising. first time i was there was a couple of months ago for breakfast. the eggs benedict were served right away, and the eggs were properly drained (usually there is vinegar water still on the eggs). I have been back for breakfast and lunch and the staff is friendly and the food is excellent.

Market Diner is one of my favorite places to for Lunch. My Father-In-Law always raves about the breakfast but I prefer the lunch. So many options and all of them delicious. Always best to chase it down with a slice of pie. The staff is amazing and I always recommend Market Diner to everyone I talk to. Keep up the good work, Scott

Kris was mediocre. Knats on the wall where we sat, and flying around our food. Orange juice was warm and had a funny aftertaste. Got soda. Soda was flat. Didnt complain, but Kris wouldnt have cared anyway. Food was good. I would say I could come back for just the food, but the service was less than decent.

Super clean and enjoyable environment. Good prices. Always friendly staff. The food is good but nothing special. As far as a dinner goes much above standard dinner food. Its been my dinner location for about 10 years. great for breakfast before going to the farmers market on the weekend

Went in because Ive heard such great things. Well the service was awful, she was so rude. We were clearly bothering here by being there. On top of it the food took forever and was cold to luke warm. There was only a couple other tables in there. I wont be back.

The food here is incredible. We had the Philly cheese steak, mushroom Swiss burger, and quesadilla, with fries and sweet potato fries, and the fruit cup, all of which were very good. The employees are helpful and very nice. Highly recommended.

Stopped in for lunch on a busy Saturday. Food was good, had the tuna melt. Portions were good, while not huge were good for the price and filling. Overall good experience. This was our first visit and will be stopping back again.

Ordered this on grub hub, was very disappointed. My eggs had hair in them and not just 1 piece. This was the only thing i had eaten that day. The next i was very sick (used the restroom alot). Would not reccomend this place

Good inexpensive food with a good amount of options, with a good amount of them made from local products. Parking space outside, great 50s decors, good service. The place is also a good option for families with kids.

The proportions were huge! Best Reuben I have ever tasted and my boyfriends burger was the best burger as well!!! Price not bad. Only complaint is the fruit flys.
