I was shocked by the price increase on the new menu. $9.50 for a basic burger? I can get a much tastier Angus burger for $8.50. $10.50 for a cheddar bacon burger?? I can get an Angus burger with sautéed mushrooms, melted american cheese, horseradish spread and topped with fried onion rings for $8.95 at a popular breakfast and lunch restaurant in Hyannis. I wont be back.

Stopped by with a couple of friends, my daughter and my wife. Excellent dinner, affordable and we loved the stuffed quahogs, chowder and lobster bisque. Wife had the prime rib - it was very good. Great job with the food; service was good, friendly waitress but service was a bit slower than we thought it should be. Overall a very good experience. Thanks!

We stopped here for breakfast. I order sausage biscuit and gravy. While it was ok there was not enough taste of sausage. Have not found great sausage and gravy in the northern states. Only in the south. The staff made up for that. We were greeted and treated as if we were the only ones there

The bar was not crowded and ordered a blackened Cape Cod Ruben, it was delicious but not blackened (not on the menu) but what the customer wants, the customer wants. Next time Ill go back to the kitchen and asked. Great place, great employees and convient.

The Marshland and its second coming are two of the best places to eat on Cape Cod. Not only are the staff some of the sweetest people alive, the Marshland has perfected the art of the homecooked meal, including tons of delicious desserts to choose from.

Food is good but the service here not so great. A party of 6 people came in when it was dead and the staff was complaining about there being such a large group. 6 people is not that big a group. Our server Shelly, was extremely rude to us as well.

Saturday breakfast! We had a great experience at Marshland Too. We were greeted by a friendly host and seated right away. Julie our server was fast, friendly and efficient. Our food was delicious and the vibe in the restaurant was "home town".

Have been here for breakfast for years...more recently for breakfast, lunch and dinner and apps/drinks. It is always so wonderful when we come here. The staff is mostly always so great...the food perfect. Always a first choice.

Got the roast beef club sandwich. Good amount of roast beef for price. Came with fries (they were good, not oily). Soda was a little too carbonated. Service was good, friendly and prompt. Would come again.
