First, this isnt an upscale restaurant, so manage expectations for the type of food youll receive. Its a good quick meal at a chain restaurant thats a step above fast-food. Ive had write-a-letter-to-corporate level great experiences with some of their staff. Their accommodation was outstanding when I went to visit on crutches--they helped with doors and finding tables, and were very kind and engaged. Food was well prepared. However my last trip I was underwhelming. Complete with grumpy cashiers, burnt noodles, incorrect orders, orders not actually delivered to the table even though it was ready, and loads of miscommunication between the kitchen staff and front-of-house. It was a disappointing environment after previously having been several times that resulted in positive experiences. So it seems this particular location is hit and miss, depending on the staff working that day.

Walked in and watched a staff member or cook with facial beard working in the kitchen and talking to a customer about sports which made me wonder how does this guy work in a kitchen with no beard or hair net, talking over the work area which SafeServe warns about in their certification courses which I have taken! I also noticed that this place is mainly serving different kinds of foods in bowls and not necessarily a noodle place. Because of the above I walked out and went back to the Smash Burger and has a chicken salad that was precooked sitting on top of a over loaded bowl of spinach with a little goat cheese and cranberries. I think the reviews are based on little experience and people being content with low quality and over rated foods.

The menu is diverse for a noodle-centric restaurant. The food, portions, and prices are all pretty good. Expect a wait though – this is far from fast food. The Parmesan-crusted chicken goes great with any of the entrees. Beer and wine are available. The dining area sometimes struggles to stay clean, and weird lighting diminishes the ambiance. Overall, a fun and satisfying lunch or dinner option. Use their app or website to order ahead and save yourself the wait.

This place is down the street from work so I thought Id check it out for lunch one day. The people who work there are super nice, diligent, and hard working. The food is fine--a little better than fast food, but an odd amalgamation of flavors. Its a good quick option when Im stepping out of the office, but nothing Id seek out or actively recommend for lunch.

I get the Japanese pan noodles here often. The food is great, but the serving size is not consistent and can be light at times. Same thing with the spice, varies a lot and sometimes its so hot its barely edible. Sometimes ingredients are missing as well. Other than that still a great value for the quality.

Clean, atmospheric, and better feeling than any fast food. Yet, for under $10 you can get a good portion of noodles, veggies, and your choice of protein. The staff is helpful and attentive. The menu is admittedly sparse, but varied enough that theres something to please everyone. Would highly recommend.

We visited this restaurant for dinner recently. It was easy to get to and there was ample parking as it was in a shopping plaza. The place was clean and the service was friendly. The food was good too and improved my perception of this chain of restaurants.

Overpriced!!!!!!! Very disappointed with the quality and quantity of foods. With an average price around $10 per noodle and add-on, its very easily find somewhere else much cheaper and more delicious food around the area in my idea.

Great food. Awesome wholesome food from Gods green Earth. Clean airy atmosphere and great people who smile and say a meaningful "hello and how are you." That combination is hard to find today in the Restaurant service industry.

I love noodles. I met a friend for lunch and it was fine. My noodles were super dry and a bit over cooked but the staff was helpful and quickly remedied this. A tasty alternative to other fast food options with good flavors.

Love this place! Good food, quick service, plenty of parking. Real china plates and silverware. A step above fast food. Order at the counter and they deliver the food to your table. Love the Thai chicken soup.

This is our go to Noodles. The food is consistently wonderful and the service is outstanding. With the nice weather, we were able to sit outside with our dog and they brought out a plastic bowl with water.
