Service was absolutely HORENDOUS! Service was slow and we had to call them over when we needed something. Our server Anna never once asked it anyone wanted a refill we had to stop her from what she was doing so that I could ask for a simple water with lemon. It took her a good 25 minutes to get my water. Remind you that I asked for lemon... there was no lemon in it and it was not even busy. Endless apps didnt seem too bad but the quality of them were terrible. I ordered the strawberry salad. It came with no nuts, the lettuce was gross, and the chicken was very cold. A friends burger was raw when he got it so we sent it back and got sliders instead and they put no cheese on it. Everyones French fries were cold except for the 2 y/o we had with us. The baby did a great job staying in her seat. But the service was so terrible and slow she got restless and we couldnt blame her. I ended up not even getting food because it was so terrible. We had to call the manager over server so times because Anna the server could not get anything right. I WOULD NOT recommend to anyone to go to TGI Fridays. however the Texas Road house is in the same plaza which has wonderful food and service. The road house always puts on a smile and even dance its great so I would definitely go there. I was not please with Fridays and think its a waste of money they were absolutely the worst service I have ever had anywhere

I went there with seven friends of mine last night and it was a poor experience. There were eight in or group and it took 45-60 minutes to be seated at a table that did not even provide room to pass by without being bumped by a waitress. We had two waitresses. One of which (on multiple occasions) said "hold on a minute while I get your waitress to help you". When the appetizers came out, only 7 of the 8 were present and the servers did not even take note. When the entrees were served it was the same situation. The waitress did not offer to refill our drinks. Thankfully the food was delicious--outside of one meal at the table that was sent back because it was raw/rare when that individual had ordered medium rare. It was as though the servers did not speak to one another. I question what is happening behind the scenes.

WORST SERVICE EVER. Came in and there was no one to seat us. Mind you it was NOT busy. There were only a few people. Appetizers came out cold and it took over an hour and a half for our food to come out. AN HOUR AND A HALF AND THE PLACE WAS EMPTY. The waiters were grouped together chatting away, we would have to constantly ask someone for something because they werent even checking in. We asked one waiter for a spoon for a soup and he literally just went and sat down to chat away with the other waiters. They wanted us to tip them 20%, are you freaking dumb?! This is the 2nd time I come here, and the service is HORRENDOUS. Never come here!!!

Service here is awful. Waitress walked by countless times not once attending to us at all. We had to stop her for to ask for plates and silverware after the food came out.. We pushed our cups to the end of the table when we finished. Not once did she ask if we would like another drink. She was so into the table of 6 beside us.. Giving them bud light/ufc hats and all.. After asking for the check and waiting another 20 min for it, she just drops it on the table. No thank you...nothing.. This is my 3rd time in the last 2 months of getting terrible service. Im not coming back-

I wouldnt even give this place a star but I have to so I can comment. One of the worse fridays Ive ever been too. The waitress was so rude came but to drop the food and never came back to ask us how we was doing. She drops off the check and walks away. I was so mad I was on a date and my date ended up tipping her 5 dollars if it was up to me I would have left her a written tip to adjust her attitude. Dont go to this place til this day I feel like she spit in my food but cant prove it. I hope she runs into the wrong costumer and they knock her out cold

I normally like Fridays but today I was completely disappointed. My friend is vegetarian and told our waitress twice that she could not eat meat so to make sure our appetizer did not have any bacon. She brought out the app and there was bacon on it, we told her that we didnt want bacon, and she went to get us a new one. The new one still had bacon on it! When we told our waitress she asked us if we would just want to get something that "would not cause issues" and at that point we decided to go to Texas and they actually got our order right.

Awesome service! I was really impressed with the staff, especially for a busy Friday night. We were greeted by someone who came out to hold the door open for us and welcome us and we had a great waiter who was attentive, friendly, and didnt rush us. It seemed like all the staff had a positive attitude, were smiling, got along well with each other, and were patient and friendly, even with customers who were rude. I am really surprised by how great the service was!

The waitress was really nice but the food was pretty bad. The 1/2 rack ribs were dry over cooked no bbq sause. The salad was disgusting i ate the crutons but the cheese and lettus itself was aweful. The fries which i love were so salty its as if the cook poured an entire container of salt. The long island drink was pure pineapple juice. Idk maybe because i got there at 11:45 but the food was horrible.

Used to visit a lot Tgi Fridays, but I got VERY disappointed with the sizzling shrimp and chicken ridiculous portion for $14 dollars. My wife ordered a chicken and shrimp pasta that was almost impossible to swallow hence the amount of pepper added to the white Alfredo sauce.( the picture on the menu shows you a white creamy sauce) but you get a yellowish extra hot sauce. Kids meals were ok, though.

The place was a little bit busy and we really understand but, they didnt work really good with the drinks at least. We had to wait to sit, to order and to have just a water. So, probably they were having some trouble with management. Also, we saw the table not been cleaned or the waiter sitting on the table with a customer. We probably do not will come back after this first experience.

Sat at the bar for dinner. Bartender catered to his friends who were sitting next to us while we waited 50mins to our dinner and bartenders friends would get their orders sent to them at within 15-20mins. When our food came, hair was in my food. The food was over done and didnt have much flavor. Drinks arent too bad but staff is lazy.
