Service is always quick (although all Fine Guys cook your burger when you order so it takes a few minutes longer than the other burger chains). They try to keep it clean even when busy. The newer Coke Freestyle beverage fountains are usually up and running, or at least one of them. Good food but prices have crept up in recent years so the value isnt the best.

Very very poor would suggest not going to this store after several attempts at going this store either over cooked fries badly mixed soda bins along with screwing up burgers maybe due to the background can be so loud they may not be able to get your order correct at the braintree plaza location

Worst experience by far all the rude employees are just talking standing around and not paying attention to any customers and cant forget messing up orders and yelling in another language at each other the food wasnt handled very well either wont be going back find another one of possible

Make sure to order the "mini" burger: their regular burger has two patties. Just a forewarning. Fries dipped in vinegar are delicious, mushrooms on top are a must...theyre fast, and they serve free peanuts.
