Dark and dreary entrance with no host or hostess.At 8:35pmth they were closing the dinning room because it was quiet earlier.The manager sent two fry cooks home early.We sat ourselves and were eventually greated by a waitress.We ordered and then waited 45 minutes.The waitress came to the table and told us that the cooks didnt read her instructions and prepared our first appetizer, incorrectly.We then waited longer and one of our appetizers arrived.I asked the waitress for extra sour cream and it never arrived.My ice tea was empty and no one ever looked to refill it.Our entire meal was eaten on one small plate.I ordered a Caesar salad to go with my food and they brought a large dinner size ,enough for four people.When I checked the bill,they charged me $11.40, and I told them that I didnt ask for that size and she explained that even though the bill stated no chicken,the price was the same,either way. Their were no bus people cleaning tables.This restaurant is poorly managed,although there are helpful workers who spoke with us.Several items were removed from the bill and free deserts were offered.We ordered two brownies with ice cream on the side,hot fudge on the side an no Carmel sauce.They came with hot fudge on top and Carmel on the side.Get the picture.I rate the restaurant a "O".After working a 14hr. day, it was a waste of time.Ill never go back.

Had horrible service started out okay but was ignored majority of the time mainly went there for drinks and in 2 hours only had 2.. Was never asked hiw the food was or for refills at all every time our server paul walked by he turned his head away from us like we didnt exsist.. We had a new girl jess try to pick up his slack she was very nice and polite! so we tipped minimum and left a note as to why we tipped so little nothing in the note was rude.. Paul then had the nerve to chase us out to our car and throw the money back at us and tell us 19 ppl had called out today.. (Not even sure 19 ppl work there) but thats besides the point.. He had like maybe in all 4-5 tables but told us he pretty much didnt need our money and next time we come back we should ask for Danielle and that we would probably tip her better! Then proceeded to walk away and flip us off.. Im beyond appalled by the service and the way he acted. Very dissapointed seeing as how we go there often and alomst every single time have a very delighted experience.

It has been an hour since we ordered food....my boyfriend is still waitting for his food. I got mine but not him. I am sitting at the bar. I watched atleast 3 people sit down and walking away after 10minutes when the bartender did not even aknowledge. I know it is Saturday night and busy but tbe staff looked overwhelmed if not confused. Total Chaos. I spoke to the manager who said they will make it better.....still waiting. Will keep updated. Update!! My boyfriends food is finally here. The manager did say it was on the house but I was not here for free food, I just wanted good food and service. I spoke to a bunch of people at the bar who feel things could be improved. I hope someone is listening . UPDATE You better watch out too. The suggested percentage tips are wrong. Computer error or intentionally made that way? One has to wonder!!!!Shame on you TGI FRIDAY

Ive been going here for years now. Im not sure if there was a change in management or staffing but this place is terrible now. Theyre rude and everyone has a nasty attitude as if they dont want to service you. I usually get take out from here and they always forget something I ordered. Honestly I compare their service with Mc Donalds. A bunch of ratchet young people with attitudes like they hate their job. If the service was better I wouldnt mind their mediocre food. As of now Im not going to be going back there at all. This is not based on a onetime experience, this is over a very long period of time and personally I dont do Google reviews but I had to do this one. Theres pizza shops i go to with better overall satisfaction than BRAINTREES TGI FRIDAYS. Corporate needs to reevaluate their management and services for this one particular Fridays.

Not good, not good at all. A group of six women at 1 pm on a not too busy Sunday should not have to wait 45 minutes to get apps that were still cold in the middle. It shouldnt take another 45 minutes to get burgers and other basic lunch items. The French onion soup that arrived for after that 1.5 wait was cold too -- seriously how hard is it to get soup right? What really topped it all was the service. It was not at all crowded, but our group was basically ignored. We had to flag down the server at times and despite the long wait there was basically no explanation, apology or refill of drinks/water. What our waiter did stay on top of was the bill. It hit the table as soon as he assumed we were done. He also broke the record with how fast he was there to pick up our payment. Thanks a lot for putting service above self on this one...

Sat at the bar. It was not busy. Female bartender did nothing to upsell, tell me about specials, even offer any wine selections. Poured generic wine, no explanation into a very dirty glasss. Couldnt get her attention but other bartender red head came over and had washed a new glass and made it shine. I poured my wine into the glass. An expeditor/server brought appetizer to bar questioned several guests if it were theres....got her attention and she said "She (bartender) didnt put the correct seat # on order. Both bartenders came asking if I wanted a,2nd glass of wine even though I had the check, dropped before appetizer and refused one. I left w/o a tip but said To Insure Prompt Service....TIPS and said expeditor should be getting paid to serve bartenders guests.

TGI Fridays in Braintree is one of the larger Fridays. This place is great for lunch, went about 11:30 am, service was prompt for the bar area. We had a party of 3 and sat st the pub tables near the bar. Waitress was prompt and brought our drinks in decent time and took our order. I ordered the French Dip with sweet potato fries. Although I felt it took longer than normal to come out, the food wad hot & tasted fine and a decent price. Now I have been here after work, the place gets very busy. I recommend sitting at the bar for faster service. People were waiting for tables and food yo come out and the staff seemed overwhelmed or understaffed. I think the best time to go would be at lunch, after dinner time or any less busy time

Pretzels sticks came our and they were burnt. My food she said fell in the kitchen, my husbands steak came out looking like a hockey puck. My food finally came and it had no taste and had hair on my plate. Which makes me wonder if they picked it impossible from the floor. Waitress took back the steak and my husband ordered a bacon cheese burger. Guess what it was just a cheese burger. Which he said wasnt any better. The only good part was the Waitress was nice and took my food off. Just a bad experience all around. Feel gross now. My husband said by the worst, and to ado to it, bathrooms are gross. No working paper towels, cold water to wash hands. Just dirty. By far the worst experience in a restaurant.
