very small narrow store service was ok no napkin station? and you need a key for the restroom portion size was not really worth the price i feel like i was limited to 2 sides i thought it was whatever you wanted? the medford store was better came here because of the 15% off coupon on the receipt they give you, which i BARELY even " saved" anything took off like i think 1.25 maybe ill try medford again and i didnt like its location train entrance was confusing to find i guess if you take the 1 bus its good. food seemed kind of cold as well i know why now SO MANY of these branches have closed as time has gone by, BM has gone WAYY downhill esp this one as i could tell its nothing special and at others i have had MUCH better.

Yes - another five star review for a fast food chain. Id rank the chain itself as about 2 or 3 stars, the food is often served too cold, and the sides have been left out to congeal for too long. However, where they shine is their catering program which is among the best Ive ever used. Everything is made fresh, packaged perfectly in microwave safe containers, and the quality is top-notch. Going by experience, Id skip the mac & cheese (too soupy, too salty) and go with the mashed potatoes, the spinach, the green beans, and the instagram-ready whole turkeys and hams.

This is the best Boston market I have ever been to I have lived in Boston for a number of years and had visited this location from time to time because of convenience and it was ok the service was not good and the food was not much better but about a year ago I tried it again only because of convenience and it was a totality different experience I was very impressed with the service and the food is always at its best I have made this restaurant a daily occurrence and I highly recommend going here.

Très bon restaurant rapide. Je vous recommande le Quarter White avec lequel vous pouvez choisir deux à-côtés, qui, chose rare, sont des légumes au lieu de frites, trop fréquemment servies aux USA. La clé des toilettes est disponible à la caisse.

Must get chicken sand! Its huge and satisfying! I gotta say Ive been eating spicy food all over the world and this time, Ive got myself Extra hot chicken wings and Im drinking milk now despite my lactose intolerance problem. From quality to flavor and service, this place deserves a five star! Im putting four here for the endless wait. Its 1.5 to 2.5 hours wait on average. The management team should definitely consider opening more stores somewhere now.

This place is usually great but the young lady behind the counter either was having a bad day, just didnt want to be there, or had other places to be!!! Just saying........ grant it i havent been there in a long while, great food and I forgot the protocol, but jeez miss this is your job I mean really always try to put a smile on your face even when you dont want to - its job ethics

Near my house love it. Have been here twice for brunch and love this place. The staff here is exceptional, ill go in so far as to say probably the st one i have been to. The most recent brunch was this past Sunday and I couldnt believe how attentive the staff was. Ive never had a complaint about the food. Food turns over fast so you know it is fresh.

From out of town, stopped in. A number of their staff obviously has issue with interracial couples, sneering at us, rolling eyes. Typical small-minded Bostonian type stuff. Foods alright, but some of their staff behave like a bunch of prejudiced fools. Avoid, unless you think like them I guess.

Service was perfect ,when I walk in never had problem getting service and also getting what I want and the food is warm and over the past 8 years never have I not been able to get what I want fast and ready even on Saturday night.

I enjoyed the food and drinks. However I would enjoy it if it was cleaner on the inside. My favorite is the macaroni cheese and corn. Its a fast and easy place to eat but I would improve the quality.

Boston Market Restaurant this was the first time that Ive eaten at this restaurant, the food was amazing we had a miniature Thanksgiving Dinner with Rotisserie Chicken and all the sides.
