Man do I love Wings, the chain and food. Loved every Wings Over location Ive been to. Never have I had to wait 2.5 hrs for delivery. 2 hrs since ordering it, 30 mins past when they said itd be here by. I called the store and kept being told the food was out the door. "The food aint here no more". No idea where the driver was or anything. The original wings and every other location in other states and towns has been amazing. This is by far the worst experience Ive ever had. Still waiting on my wings... Update: hour 3 since ordering. Over an hour past delivery time. After calling 17 times and gotten nothing but a busy signal, ive been informed my food was freshly remade and the delivery person was on their way. Wish me luck, Im officially hangry. Update 2: delivery guy got lost. But I got my wings! After almost 4 hours! I called to just ask if that was normal and the employee simply hung up. Absolutely crazy

I was definitely pleasantly surprised by this place. Dont let the look of the outside (or inside for that matter) fool you. This is definitely a hidden gem when it comes to boneless buffalo wings. They have over 20 different flavors to try that include both sauces and dry rubs. My two favorites were the Mustang Ranch dry rub and the Sweet Chili sauce. If you are going to go with bone-in definitely go with the F-16. The only reason why this place doesnt get five stars is that the bone-in selection I got didnt have a lot of meat on the bone which was disappointing. Outside of that, the portions for the meals are also worth the cost. Make sure to get the waffle fries as a side as they are lights out. Additionally, the staff at this location was very friendly and asked all my questions without getting annoyed. Great lunch time spot or for takeout.

This is my worst food delivery experience ever. I waited for 40 min and the wings is still not delivered, so I called the store double check whats going on. I was like it is been 40min, where is my food, the girl replied me: NO it is 30min, I have the time on my computer. I have phone call history too!!!! Just say sorry and deliver your food ASAP!!! So, I waited for another 20min, the delivery guy finally call me, but he cant find my place! I end up go down stairs walking one block distance to pick up my food. I comforted myself that: Okay, I finally can eat now. I went back to home and found out the flavors are not right!! I ordered hot garlic and I dont eat spicy, WHY DID YOU SEND ME SPICY BUFFALO WINGS!!!!!!!

First, the employees are incompetent. They will immediately put you on hold even during non-busy hours if you call in. Second, if you walk in the "restaurant" they are most likely talking to each other and will continue to do so until they feel "ready" to take your order. They will even claim to have stopped delivery because they cant handle a light work load. I have had multiple orders from Wings Over Boston where the wings arrive bone dry. Its a terrible experience to attempt to eat here and I would highly recommend searching elsewhere for some quality wings. I cringe imagining what an FDA audit would find. Step it up GM.

The food is great but the service they have is the worst...I called and they put me on hold after 5 min of being on hold I asked my wife to call and see if they would take her order and they did...so I stayed on hold to see how long they will leave me on hold for and I waited an other 20 min before they picked up...so I waited a total of 25 min...after i get to the place to pick up the food the manager had an attitude as if i did something wrong...what a horrible service...love the food eat here every week but the people they have working are no good...losing a great customer

Website said they were closed despite their posted hours saying otherwise, so I called to place my order, and was told the website was just down. Estimated delivery time was 90 minutes. I called back after 2 hours and 15 minutes to find out that the driver had forgotten my phone number and gone back to the store, and itd be another 90 minutes. Despite this clearly being THEIR fault, and the fact that my food would have taken almost 4 hours to get to me, they offered me nothing in consolation. Got a refund, and will NEVER order again, at least not delivery.

The food is good but Im finding a new wing place. The service is the worst I have ever seen. On multiple occasions I have ordered online and went to pick it up 20 minutes later and then have had to wait anywhere from an additional 20 minutes to an hour on a normal week night. Make sure youre not hungry if you want to get food from this place because your in for a wait. Incompetence is the word that jumps to mind when I think about this place. Like I said food is good but not good enough to waste an hour and a half of my night on.

Lazy degenerate staff who clearly dont care at all. I was walking down Huntington so I figured I would call for pick up, I get put on hold for 15 minutes, by this time I actually reach Wings, walk in, girl is on her cell phone talking to her friend, proceed to wait 5 minutes for her to finish her conversation, finally get to order and proceed to wait an additional 25 minutes for my wings. Advice: order 1 hour in advance, dont stay on hold, they wont pick up

Late night wings (though I wish it were open past midnight during the week as well). You get exactly what youre paying for -- mostly tasty wings, with whichever flavor you chose. This isnt gourmet food, but itll satisfy your craving. The place definitely exists primarily for the benefit of the Northeastern students in the area. Solid choice if you need food, dont mind getting your hands dirty, and arent looking for something fancy or particularly healthy.

Ive been to a number of Wings Over restaurants in Massachusetts so when I started working near this location I was excited because I love this place. Unfortunately, the quality of food I received was not up to Wings Over standards. The chicken was dry and the dry rub formed a very crispy outer layer that was difficult to bite in to. I will try this location again and hope I just got a bad batch and will update my review if so but for now 2 stars.

The service here is remarkably poor, and only 50% of the time is my order is wrong. Delivery, if you choose, takes upwards of an hour and a half, regardless of size or distance. Unfortunately, theres no other options in the area, so crappy customer service it is. Celery is always days old and dry. The fries always wind up soggy by the time they get to me or I get home. However, I will say that the wings and the wings sauce is good.

Food: Their wings and their waffle fries are the best. Service: Pick up orders or delivery orders on the weekdays are usually good, but delivery on the weekends is another story. Expect 2-3 hour deliveries and cold food if you are ordering on the weekends. Calling them is also not useful since they just give you the answer that the food is on the way despite it being late for an hour.
