Ordered take out. Took 40 minutes. Food was cold and burnt. Entree Caesar was the size of a side salad. Buff quesadilla app was disgusting. Cheese completely over cooked. The quesadilla was a pizza pressed into a quesadilla. Chx parm was cold and mushy. Service was awful. Placed takeout order 20 minutes before arrival and then waited 20 minutes when I arrived. Quote on phone was 20 minutes. Food was cold so maybe they didnt have anyone working takeout to wrap food up. Next time Ill go to Dedham house of pizza spend $20 and get good quality food. Lesson learned. UNOs in Dedham is terrible the garlic bread was wrapped and presse

The muchos nachos plate is the best! Its more toppings than chips. I loved it. You have a lot of food to choose from and good drinks. Los nachos son muy buenos, tienen más frijoles, carne, sour cream y guacamole que nachos. Mucha variedad de comida y buenos tragos.

I gave three stars because the food was good but the staff is so rude I wanted to smack them. I had a lady (she never told us her name) and she had this accent and she was very rude to my family. She kept trying to rush us and it wasnt busy but she would Go to the other tables all nice then this woman came to give us the good and she gave this really big attitude because the waitress put the food in wrong so she gave it to us. I would go back because of the food but let someone give my mother in law attitude again and we will see.

Food was great. Went on a Tuesday night - way too noisy. Popped balloons sounded like gunfire making patrons in our area visibly jump, then a loud Trivial Pursuit game started. No more conversation could be had, paid check and left. Oddly, our server started with telling us his course of study in college. Suspect ploy for higher tip. Who isnt working their way through college? I found this distasteful. If I ask where you are going to school, then its MY discretion how I tip you given that you also provide good service.

Always a lovely visit. Was only here for a quick drink today, but Anna was bartending and provided great service! She was quick, clean, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had no idea what I was in the mood for (bartenders NIGHTMARE!), but she quickly assessed, asked if she could make me something, and handed me a delicious Blood Orange Martini. So I got another. ;)

Came for lunch, place is so dirty there is dust everywhere. We waited a long time for food even though place was not that busy. Food was average but i can only imagine how dirty the kitchen is judging by the rest of the place. The host put us in a table in the middle of three families with crying babies so that was a nightmare to go thru too. Never coming back

The Dedham location has a film of grease over the entire place and the bathrooms were gross. I would not visit this place again and I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like after sitting in such slime. Id recommend you put more focus on keeping the place clean to improve the experience and repeat customers. Good luck!

Watching the game here is fantastic! Plenty of big screens, great food, superb staff, and best of all..no rowdy crowds or overly intoxicated patrons making a scene. Great place for the family, and kids eat free on Tuesdays! The bartender Kristen is always on point, making sure you never see the bottom of your pint glass

Its my second time here and, one more time, Im having a great time. The food is great, very well cooked and fresh. The staff is nice and know when to talk to you. Very clean and organized place - what, for me, counts a lot. And the music is great! Ill definitely come back. Tks guys :)

Horrible customer service! Waited 45 minutes for a single take-out order only to find out they made a mistake with my order, and wanted me to wait another 20 minutes. Took 10 minutes to see a manager to get my money back.Never going back to this location!

My order is NEVER correct, and seriously need to change the "chef". Been coming here for years, and this past year and a half has really pushed me away... 3rd time.... going to IHOP. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because of the waitstaff...

Good not great food, if you have been to Unos you know what I mean. If you have never been, its on par with any Fridays, chillis or Applebees. Nice staff. Tons of TVs playing sports.

Decent place to bring your kids for dinner, usually very quick. Pizzas are an obvious win but the honey crisp chicken salad is the way to go.
