I have been to this Yardhouse location, many times, usually once a week. I came in on July 27th with my girlfriend for a casual business meeting with some colleagues. We like coming to this location because it is close to work, and my girlfriend used to work here, so there are plenty of familiar faces! Upon sitting down we were greeted by a trainee that asked us for our IDs. We are all under the age of 25, with out of state IDs. The Trainee who has never met us before gave our IDs to her trainer, Zach, who recognized us--specifically my girlfriend, as his old co-worker. He said he needed to verify our IDs, as they were all out of state. The restaurant manager whose name is Megan, came out and advised us that my girlfriends ID was unacceptable--unless she had additional proof of identification, which she did not. You could tell she was overly zealous and eager to deliver some bad news--she had a bad attitude. She implied that my girlfriend had a fake ID, however she also recognized her as a previous employee. So how does Yardhouse justifying refusing her a drink, when she is a PREVIOUS employee of Yardhouse AND management, AND the trainer recognized her? They also didnt ask me our our guests, to show additional proof of identification, even though all of us were under 25, and had out of state, Maine IDs--just like my girlfriend. I feel like she was singled out, almost like the manager had a personal vendetta against her. Not to mention it was embarrassing, and humiliating. This seems like a move that a low end corporate restaurant would make....not to mention that the "General Manager" was extremely unprofessional with how she delivered the news, and showed zero signs of being apologetic. I would advise Yardhouse & Dardens look into some new management, as I work in this industry, and understand the concept of being diplomatic when delivering unexpected news. Good work folks, she has been 21, for 21 years.

The beer selection is phenomenal, the food is pretty good, but it just isnt worth the wait. The drink order was mixed up, I was brought a coke and my girlfriend was brought nothing (She ordered a water, I ordered a half yard of beer). On a weeknight, it was a 35-45 minute wait for a table, we ended up waiting a little under a half hour. We were seated for over forty five minutes before finally receiving our entrees, after a lengthy discussion about how we were growing increasingly certain the waitress had forgotten the appetizer, which she did. If you are just going for a few drinks and maybe a burger, I recommend it, but if you want to go and enjoy a sit down meal I would look somewhere else, as much as I would like to say other wise. I really wanted to like this place but after two mediocre visits my girlfriend and I agreed its not worth coming back. I felt bad for the waitress she was clearly flustered and overworked, the place is just too busy.

This Saturday I was shocked with my experience at this restaurant. I am 38years old from Lebanon visiting Boston for shopping, simply I asked for a beer and Zac the waiter asked for my id after waiting for about 17min. Once he checked my id he said that his manager Megan must approve it as well. Megan also wasnt helpful at all because she said this is an international driving licence and it could be fake and cant be accepted. I didnt had my passport on me but I do have a copy of it on my smart phone cam, that also was denied. So I was like how that can be possible from foreigners to enjoy their vacation out in the USA.

A bit pricey but we like going here a lot. We have been a couple times once on Mothers Day, and once on a weekday and there was no wait..My son loved the kids mac and cheese and we tasted some and liked it too! He is usually a picky eater but everything we shared with him he ate right up. The beer selection appeals to my husband and I like the atmosphere friendly wait staff along with the quick service. My husband had the gorgonzola burger and loved it! Also they gave complimentary mini desert for Mothers Day. This is a great place for a group of people, a date, or a family night out just plan on an expensive evening.

I probably will not go back. The noise was deafening. Many many TVs but you cannot hear them as the music is blasting and we were told they cannot turn it down. One of my relatives had a Thai dish that she expected hot but came out cold. A restaurant should LABEL their meals if they are cold. It made her ill. Mine and the other two in my group liked the food but the noise was ridiculous! I will say the service was very good and if you eat outside in good weather you can hear much better. Moreover I like the Gardein vegetarian chicken as I do not eat meat.

In an attempt to avoid rush hour traffic my boyfriend and I ducked in here for a quick dinner. Its true, the Yard House is not known for their food, but their brews. Our food was okay, but do not be fooled by their spicy tuna roll. It is far from a roll and more like an over sized cake, looking at it made me cringe. I ended up seeking tummy refuge in the kung pao calamari which was delicious! Our server, Colleen was great and very attentive! Overall, I think the Yard House, as intended is better for brews and sports fans.

For a chain restaurant, Yard House is better than most. Decor is standard, but their beer choices are extensive, as are their martini lists. The best time to visit Yard House is from 3-6 pm Monday through Friday, where you can get half price on a large choice of selected appetizers and pizzas. I highly recommend the Moo Shu Egg Rolls, and the pizza, onion ring tower, and bonelss wings are pretty good too. Servers are always friendly and helpful, and theres a lot of choices for vegetarians.

I went there for the 1st time today. The staff was super friendly! The place was clean and the ambiance was really nice with small candles on the tables. We had the best waiter. I wish I could remember his name but Ill add a picture of him because he took a selfie with us lol. I ordered the chicken rice bowl minus the mushrooms which was awesome. We didnt wait long for our food even though the place was packed. The pricing was decent, its what I expected for the great food and service.

I visited this place last year and I remember waiting a long time to be seated. It was a Friday night so it was really crowded inside, so we sat and watched the game on the big screen TVs until our seat was ready. The décor was nice inside, and the music selection was nice. The garlic noodles werent that bad. As far as our seats were, I wish that they were further spaced apart because it was hard carrying on a conversation with the stares of others in your face.

great beer selection, enormous menu, but when they are busy its VERY loud. great place to come with friends after work, but i wouldnt suggest this as a date spot, because you can barely hear yourself talk when it gets roaring in there. the menu does a great job with vegetarian options as well, so props for that. food is pretty good, though a little pricey at times, you can always find something that fits whatever budget.
