I like the food and the price in general, but the attendance is soooo bad. Soooo bad. I need to reinforce that it was really bad. We were three people. First an empty place and took five minutes to find us a place to be. Second, one of the menue was super dirty and my fork looked like it was just pooed by cockroaches... Third, the guy taking the drink orders never came back with water nor the order. A different guy appeared and took the orders. The food took one hour. For two appetizers? Seriously guys? Are you joking us? So, as an history like this cannot end well, there were two cards to pay the bill and we separated them and wrote in the bill what is what and came exchanged... Thats a lot. So, for now on, no more UNO. At least this one for sure we wont come back.

UNOs This review is for the food only- we got take out from here. As a native Chicagoan I was craving a taste of home so we tried the nearby Unos. Unos is probably my least favorite deep dish place in Chicago, but when my options were limited in Boston I found that it could be pretty good. This is a standard chain restaurant, but it does the trick. Their 2 for 20 deal is a great value. 2 full size deep dish pizzas for 19.99. We did this when sons friends came over and it cheaply fed 4 people! They have some great combinations of toppings. We like the Italiano. Check it out for game day, a filling winter meal, or a post race feast!

The waitress didnt bring silverware for our salad, then pretended not to hear me as I called after her. The pizza (a gooey mess that they refer to as a Chicago Classic) didnt arrive for 40 minutes. It appeared to have half a can or so of canned tomatoes dumped on top of the cheese, and some cheap sausage chunks from out of a jar of Prego or what have you, buried every here and there. The waitress was snippy when she did show up. She snatched my beer before it was finished and then gave me a dirty look when I asked for it back. Not recommended.

Service was incredibly slow for a Tuesday night. We ordered drinks, a grilled chicken salad, and a 6oz steak at the same time. The steak came out first, followed by drinks and then my salad. Waiter told me that the drinks came late because the bar ran out of red bull, so he had me order a different drink. He then comes back with a red bull drink like I had originally ordered, after my girlfriend had received her steak...

Crystal is an incredible bartender. She carries two stars all by herself. Which is saying a lot. The gluten free pizza is quite good, although the food quality coming out of the kitchen is inconsistent and often uninspiring. Service ranges from knowledgeable, friendly and attentive to pathetic. Overall a hit or miss poorly orchestrated show. Pun intended....

Unos is Unos...right? Well, yes. Except this one has a kind of cool bar atmosphere and space available for large groups or parties right off of it. The staff here us uber-friendly and they do try to keep some local brews around, unlike some of the other locations Ive visited (unless this is a new trend). Its an old standby for lunch.

Sat for 20+ minutes, no sign of a server, and from the looks of people around us, we werent alone. I tried to say something to the hostess, but she was too busy running back & forth to the kitchen for take out orders to notice, so we left. I dont expect 5 star service at UNOs, or even 3 star service, but this was a joke.

Called to place a take out order and Alicia put me on hold. Walked the 15 minutes to the restaurant, on hold all the while. Walked in and asked Alicia why shed had me on hold the whole time. She said she was sorry, things were "sooooo busy". I guess they dont want my business.

got here at 1:30 took order at 1:40 got food at 3:00 4:50 and we still havent gotten our cards back theres three of us. and 2 other tables here. like im full now, but dude come on this took way too long and the food wasnt even right

Awesome place to go with friends to hang out. Has a bar and seating area for dinner. Lively and popular. Has a wide variety of food from different cultures. Has a few vegetarian and vegan dish options. Great food, great service.

Try the Mediterranean flatbread and the farmers market deep dish, with a mint mojito on the side! If youre looking for a place to eat on the weekend with no wait time and easy street parking, then this definitely fits the bill.

Happy Hour menu is pretty good, the food on it is pretty good for price. Surprisingly this had use to be my favorite bar, props to Sam the bartender. But he doesnt work there anymore.
