I wont EVER subject myself to this mockery of a restaurant EVER again. I just cant. I had high hopes and I cant even give it a second chance. I called in my order (Roasted Garlic Beef Bowl) and the hostess said itd be ready in about 15 minutes. No issues there. When I arrived I inquired the same hostess about my order. She said, "You can pick it up over there...." OK, whatever "over there" means. I found my order sitting in the bar area, on top the counter. I was not pleased. My container was placed haphazardly in a plastic bag and my receipt was covered in some kind of sauce. Wow. I opened my container to make sure my order was correct and noticed that the dish was lacking alot of sauce; it looked really dry and thirsty. I asked the bartender if I could get more sauce. He says, "Oh, you can just get it yourself on the buffet line." Uhmmm okay....I guess no one likes to do their job here. Once I walked over to the buffet area there was a plethora of sauces to choose from. I was overwhelmed. I finally gave up on trying to decide, took my food and walked out. Once I arrived home I tried my bowl and was so disappointed. It was nasty and I couldnt get past the pool of grease at the bottom. I threw it away, along with any possibility of ever returning.

The make-your-own stirfry dish is an irresistible draw. That line is set up like a buffet with meats, dry seasonings, veggies and then sauces. At the end near the cooking station you can tell them what starch you want. On our first visit we chose menu items, but after perusing the make-your-own line, we definitely want to try it on our next visit with our little ones. I agree with anothers comment about the service - while ours wasnt bad/terrible, the dishes came out at different times and the servers act like theyd rather be doing anything BUT giving service. I also had to actively ask for the *free* refills b/c the servers werent offering to refresh our glasses. Its a confusing concept - is this fast casual like Chipotle or should I expect wait service like Red Robin - which is bad b/c Im not sure how much to tip. Although the check lists tip guidelines in the range of actual service, Id be inclined to tip less given the inadequacy of the service.

I must say this place has the worst customer service I have ever seen I gave it a shot 3x just to find the food good but the service still sucks I guess 3x was not the charm for me I will not go back even if the food is great you still need to have good customer service every time I went I had to wait for someone to assist me longer than I should have the 1st time I was alone and had no idea what to do and and they really were no help the 2nd time my friend wanted to try it we sat down to eat waited forever for someone to take our order I guess they think everyone wants to build a bowl the 3rd time I wanted to place a to go order and after being sent to the bar where there was no bartender but 3 other people who work there talking to one another and waiting 10 mins to place my order with my infant on my hip I decided to leave

I had the worst experience ever!!!!!!! Genghis Grill does not have a good variety of food. They had your usual pork,chicken and beef. The waitress took forever to get us drinks. The other employees kept asking are we being helped. Basically informing me that they have no organization. When my food did arrive I asked the server for another bowl. I was quickly told NO. That was the last straw for me. I left and I will never go back. I had better experiences dinning in mcdonalds!!

First of all, the decor is amazing! I really didnt know what to expect and to be honest the waitress didnt do a good job of explaining it, but I had a great experience nonetheless. There is a large selection and I cant even begin to describe the spices, sauces, meats, and veggies that they offer. The end result of my choices was an absolutely delectable fusion of flavors and textures. My new fave!

Worst service ever! waited 15 mins for our server to even greet us and get our drinks, went to make our bowls and by the time we got back to our table the drinks werent even there, upon asking for refills we waited another 15 mins mind you this was for waters and sprite. This place used to be so good in customer service and now its truly disappointing to see what its become.

Used to be a favorite. I dont know if its under new management because the floors were sticky as hell, the chicken was floating in water, it was very hot and musky. If it wasnt for past experiences and the taste of the food i would have gave it a 0. The place didnt feel clean at all. The service was ok though. I hope someone really takes care of the dirty feeling in there

Great food... build your own custom dish. You pick a size bowl, fill it with whatever your heart desires from the ingredient, spices and sauce buffet. Then deliver it to the grill to have it cooked and placed atop your favorite side of rice, noodles and more. Server was great and even gave us a free promo to use to reduce our bill.

If you dont know how to cook well, dont go here. You just gonna waste your time and money. They are not kind explained to customers at all. Lack of customer services. I added $0 tip for the service, which I never done it before. (I always add appreciate service tip 20-30%). Again, if you are not expert chef, dont go thid place.

Didnt know this place existed until we saw that Panera was packed. And we were glad that it was. This place is so good. Everything was cooled well. Been to too many places where the bowls were overcooked and drowned in sauce and seasoning. This place is much different and worth spending money on

Great food you create yourself. Friendly staff will tell you how it works. Never tried the recipe cards always done my own thing. Never went wrong with so many choices. Great for protein, vegetarians with their tofu and veggies. Second time this week coming here!

Ive been to this restaurant a couple of times and its always a great experience. You might get the occasional mediocre server, but overall the restaurant and the food are amazing. Love being able to pick out what I want and the amount I want of any ingredient.

I visited this location last Friday and it was my first time there. The hostess and waitstaff explained their process and how ordering works. I actually liked the set up and experience. The food was good and I am already planning new variations for next time.

Awesome food, not so great service. Waitress refused to serve us and made the host serve us. Of course he was doing double duty trying to serve us and be the host. Took forever to get anything. Nice people and good food, just need better organization.

OMG!!! The best restaurant experience Ive ever had hands down! Service was great. Our waiter Layton was absolutely awesome and adorable...it was like everyone that worked there seem to really like each other...cant wait to go again...Best ever!!
