Although things have gotten better, the more they Change, the more they stay the same. Qdoba hires people who either do not speak but a few words of English, very little English or with thick accents. The ones who speak English best are the managers. I have no problem with that, except when they dont understand you, they get frustrated with an attitude and become rude, speaking to the other women in their native language so you dont understand what they are saying about you. Then they laugh at you, like your not standing there. ..as well , I believe the women who work @the America blvd location in Hyattsville are racist. They smile and talk with their Hispanic /Mexican/Spanish brethren, but when others come in, they barely open their mouths. Also, I see how they give away food to some of those people or either pile food on their plates, and in the same stroke...act like theyre planning to save food to take home and feed their families when they are preparing food for Black people. Most of the managers are ok, but The lead whos name is Lily, is the worst. ..she has no customer service skills and refuses to give information needed to report her poor customer service. I wish I could have given

NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE FRIENDLY AT ALL. THEY RUSH YOU TO FIGURE OUT WHAT YOU WANT IM YOUR FOOD THEN ACT ANNOTED AND SPEAK BAD ABOUT YOU TO EACH OTHER IN SPANISH (I UNDERDSTOOD IT VERY WELL THOUGH). I TOOK MY FOOD TO DINE IN BUT LATER WENT BACK FOR A TOP. THERE 3 ASSOCIATES STANDING AROUND TRYING TO HELP ONE CUSTOMER. 3 MORE WALKED RIGHT PAST ME WITHOUT ASKING IF IVE BEEN HELPED, DO I NEED ASSISTANCE, NOT EVEN A SIMPLE GREETING. THE CLEANING MAN WAS NICE. THATS ABOUT IT

I went here last week for lunch. I got the chicken nachos and my food was really good. The cashier was nice and asked everyone if they wanted chips before. She asked me as well and I said yes, but she didnt give me any. I shrugged it off and figured maybe I didnt get any since I had nachos. Later I realized I did need more chips, so I asked for some. She said okay, but then rang up more people before getting them. It wasnt a big deal and overall I had a good lunch.

Love this place. Ive found that Qdoba is just as good as Chipotle is not vastly better. This place is only crowded on Wednesday night for student discount night (half off an entree and drink), but the line moves really fast cause theyve got a brilliant team on the line. Seriously, Ive worked food service and it is the stuff of miracles. Anyway, the rest of the days, its virtually deserted, which cant be said for its competitor.

Better than Chipotle by a lot. The food is great and guacamole is free! Queso really makes the meal a lot better. The rewards program is great (though this restaurant only gives you 85 points compared to most other restaurants give 100. 1000 are needed for a free entree). Sometimes the tortillas are a bit overdone and get a little crispy at this location, but it is generally a great restaurant and worth the money.

I have been coming to this location for years now and they have never disappointed me. The food is always well done, great portions and the place is very clean. The part I love the most is the customer service. They are friendly and pay 100% Attention to each customer and their requests. Free WiFi and a very diverse clientele. Thank you Mr Hector and staff

The cheese sauce was really good but the staff werent professional. Employees wouldnt attend to waiting costumers because they were talking to friends. Also they let kids from northwestern run around the place and wouldnt say anything. They didnt clean the tables properly and the chips had too much salt and the bathrooms were dirty as well.

They are nasty!! While having gloves on they will take people money and turn right around and touch a burrito. . I witnessed a pair of tongs fall on the floor and the young lady just picked it up and placed back on the counter to finish making the chips.. people will get sick messing around with those employees! !

Bad Service. They arent willing to service the customer. They let my quesadilla sit in the machine too long and put too much cheese on it to the point it wasnt melted. The language barrier makes it very difficult to communicate. Im from Philadelphia and Im thankful this isnt my neighborhood restaurant

Rarely have to wait to long in line, always fully staffed. Staff could be a bit more friendly, but they arent awful with customer service. Food has always been very delicious and not too expensive.
