OK...so Ive been here 3 times now and based on the reviews I figure it must be me or I need to eat something other than the wings. Service IS excellent but the wet wings were OK, not 5 star by any means and this time I had dry rub. Forget the dry rub! There was "dry" in that equation but no rub to speak of. I asked the awesome waitress to bring out a side of rub spices since my dish appeared to only have a sprinkling which was on the bottom of the basket. She very graciously did so but....nope, no bang! Sorry loyal fans but I will NOT get wings again...my wife enjoyed her stromboli. I will try one more time but something other than wings...if that doesnt work then were done...the 5 star diehards can live in the fantasy.

After visiting the Boro in Hummelstown today, definitely prefer the one on North Front St in Harrisburg. The tables are too close together in Hummelstown, the table beside us was so loud we couldnt even have a conversation. The service is very slow and they werent that busy, so I can imagine how bad it would be if they had been. My soup, although it tasted good, was barely warm. My Greek Salad w/Chicken tasted like the lettuce was very old and the chicken was not hot and didnt taste near as good as the one on N Front St. My son had wings and he did like them, but that is the the only good thing I can really say. It was very dark and dingy in there, and overall was not a pleasant experience.

The Boro is a great spot for wings, sandwiches, burgers, pub food. A good place to watch sports, although seating can be tight when they are very busy. Theres a bar area thats separate from the dining area, which is good if you are with kids and dont want to hear the bar noise. The cheesesteak is very good, but theyre known for their wings. A good out of the way place if you are visiting Hershey, prices are very reasonable and a good selection of beer. Once they made a mistake on my bill due to the staff being overwhelmed, and the manager made it right immediately.

I just got home from the boro. The service was absolutely terrible. The food was pretty good but not worth the experience. I would recommend getting it to go that way you can enjoy it with water/drinks at home instead of wondering if the waitress is too drunk to do her job or just rude. The following is an edit after complaining about the boro to by friends: I have heard good things about other locations of the Boro and about this locations take out. (I have also increased my review from one star to two.) 1 star service, 3 star food.

The food was good, but not great. I would definitely order the stromboli again, but Ive had better. The nachos portion was a little chincy, crab & red pepper was excellent. The service was painfully slow. Plates were never cleared and we waited extended times for server to appear. It was a good 25 minutes between finishing our meals and signing the credit card slip.

Server was initially a little slow. And then our appetizer came out about 5 minutes before or food came out. Food was excellent, then service was better in the trail end of our meal. We had wings, they were big and meaty. Sauces were on par as well. "Freedom" fries were great too. Overall a great local bar and grill with singer of the best wings around.

Second time in a row we are told we cant sit at a booth because they need them for bigger groups and 4 out of 5 booths remain open while we are uncomfortable at a 4 tool with the napkin dispenser and condiments take up 1/4 of the table. Average food and beer selection.

Ordered wings for New Years Eve, first experience with The Boro.... we did take out. Food was great, customer service was absolutely horrible. The woman working was rude and unwilling to help. Based on this experience I will never go back. NICE FIRST IMPRESSION BORO!

Things change people change. Great food and atmosphere. Maybe if the company I was with would have tipped previously we wouldve had the normal great service. * note to self... Never take the ex wife with me. It doesnt always pay to be nice. Shes a lousy tip.

Amazing wings! (Try the Works. They are the best!) if youre looking for something fancy and high class...not the place. This place is awesome for watching games and having a good time. Its comfy and relaxed and the waitresses are always sweet and helpful.

GREAT WINGS! Food was excellent The menu is typical bar restaurant food, with great prices and serving sizes. The wings were really good and they are very flexible with seasoning requests. Overall sports on theme and seems family friendly.

We got rained out at Hershey park and went back to the Campers to dry off. Checked out some dinner spots and found Boro. We went with 4 adults and 3 children. The food was excellent and well priced. Our waitress Jessica was excellent too.

I will give this place 5 stars. It is 4.5, but Id rather give it the extra half point than take it away. Awesome Wings. Cheap, Awesome Wings. Beer is reasonable too. Servers are great and full of smiles and energy. = Happy and Full Belly

Voted best wings in the Harrisburg area last year and still awesome. Neighborhood bar feel but recently updated. We visit here about every week with friends. Love this place. Also great is the chicken cheese steak.
