I like Bonefish, I know it’s a corporate chain, but as far as corporate chains go Bonefish is OK. They serve awesome drinks here that change seasonally – and their menu changes seasonally as well. Bonefish isn’t a knock your socks off fantastic artisanal farm to table joint – but it is very good. There seems to be something for every occasion. I have had the Sea Bass here many times – and it is wonderful. There’s times that I need a raw food fix and the tuna tataki is just wonderful! Sometimes you just want a good burger – and the Kobe burger is divine…really. I know it is not Kobe, and that doesn’t matter – it is really good, and sometimes you just want that really good burger – Bonefish delivers. Their soups and salads are also very good – and often the choice of my companions who seem to enjoy them very much Sometimes you just want a good meal and don’t want to have to think a lot about where to go and what to get – Bonefish is easy for us. It isn’t far away and we know what to expect. Friendly fast service and good food. I have actually been eating at Bonefish for many years – they are located all over and when you’re traveling it is nice to know you can get a good drink and a meal you are used to without much thought or worry

I was recently at the bonefish grill for a birthday dinner I picked the restaurant because of it great reviews and menu. When we first arrived we were offered bang bang shrimp being it was only one left on the platter I let the bday guy have it lol so I made a reservation ahead of time this place was packed by the way even a line at the hostess desk when we finally got up there we where seated rite away and the waitress came over told us about everything got us our non alcoholic beverages and than our orders I had to send lemonade back because it was horrible I had the ahi tuna was to bland and dry I got it well done and I also had crab cakes garlic mash potatoes and white truffle Mac and chesse which I liked my guy liked his food overall I was disappointed with my $20 piece of fish overall the experience was nice for a $82 dinner for 2 would I return yes for a special occasion to give it another shot we were in an out with no mix ups just wish the fish was a bit better.

Placed 2 different to go orders at separate times...first I show up at 8pm on Friday, in my relaxed wear (t shirt and shorts) and it took 20 mins before someone would even talk to me, and another 30 mins before I recieved my food, and I was treated like street scum....I show up the subsequent Friday at 8pm, in my designer suit, accessories, and shoes, and suddenly I am royalty...disgusting display of profiling and prioritization. I would NOT recommend this restaurant for any form or respective, appreciated dining...everyone should be treated like a priority whether they are a billionaire or a beggar, this is America, and service expectations should be universal...pitiful disgrace of personal worth.

When this restaurant opened everything was top notch. You never waited long for service once seated and the wait staff was incredibly attentive. The place has been opened a few years now and weve noticed a steady and sad decline. The beer/drink offerings are fewer. The ability to get service once you are seated is more and more challenging as is getting clean glassware and even getting a table setting seems doubtful unless you take from another table after the bread arrives and the wait staff leaves. : ( The pride of ownership is usually absent in most chains anyway and this one has it on display in spades : (

Place was great and the atmosphere was chill and relaxed. The food was good. Id give it 5 stars except we went for our anniversary and in the middle of having salad and conversing with my wife the server dumps our entrees down and says, "If you could please cut into these RIGHT NOW while Im standing here that would be great.". It was just kind of a turn off. The really good places know their food is top notch. They dont feel the need to interupt your meal to make sure the food is alright. The food was very very good and my wife LOVED everything so that was a plus!

This restaurant has went downhill. Food prices have went too high and portions smaller. Waiter never asked if we wanted a drink or appetizer. He waited 20 minutes before coming back for orders while we sat there with hot bread and water. My crab and lobster soup was pasty tasting. Talapia imperial was dry with a small drop of imperial mix with finding two tiny sea scallops in the mix. His filet minion tasted more like a badly cooked sirloin I will continue to frequent Outback steak house the other part of their chain but no more return to Bonefish grill

As far as chains go this one is at the higher end. Food scores an 8/10 however getting shown to your table when you have a confirmed booking can still see you 15mins standing past your seating time. Quiet busy each time I have been here and the reception area needs a rework, its the worst Ive experienced in a long time - those waiting are literally standing over those who are eating. Would get a 4/5 otherwise.

Overpriced for small servings. My 2 side dishes were bigger than my main meal. Steak was like eating a dry hockey puck. Crab cakes was more like a crab sauce and filler. And was ridiculously small. 3 bites and it was gone. And our waiter had the personality of a doorknob. Over all I felt like I got ripped off.

Made a reservation for 5, didnt get seated til 5:40, and then only because we asked and they realized our name had "disappeared" when they checked us in. The kitchen was slow, but our server was very accommodating and the manager stopped by to apologize for the issues even though we never complained.

Waiter knew nothing about gluten allergens. After the manager came over to help I started feeling more at ease with my order. Well I was wrong. Woke up in the middle of the night with a throbbing migraine and horrible stomach issues. No second chance with this place in my book

We came in on 1/27/17. The host Matthew was on point. Our server was Natasha and she was also a 5 star professional. The service was awesome. Our food came out great and we all had a wonderful time. I just wish the wine list could be a little better, but thats ok.

We had a wonderful early dinner, and Michelle took such good care of us. She made sure we were well taken care of. She made she that we liked what we had ordered and that we were happy with the food. I was very pleased with my food. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Sat at the bar since there was a 25 minute wait for a table. They serve dinner at the bar and our bartender/waiter Tom gave excellent service. Never had to ask for a refill on my soda...he was on the mark. My Haddock was superb and my wife loved her salmon
