Was not treated respectfully here at all. I was greeted by the manager Art who proceeded to whisper and giggle with his employees all the time while glaring at my kids and I. Once I ordered a cheeseburger (1 pattie), regular fries, and a drink my bill totaled $12! I was treated disrespectfully by both Art and his "staff" and they were all very unprofessional. To be totally honest I watched them like a hawk to make sure they werent sabotaging my kids food because it seemed as if they disliked the fact that I was there for some reason. This was my first time trying Five Guys and to be totally honest I dont think I will be eating here again unless they train their employees in customer service and to top it off the food was nothing to write home about either! I called and made a complaint with their 24 hour customer service and made sure to make complaints about the service and the way I was treated here. To top it off Art couldnt even spell the name of one of his "employees" when I asked him to write it down LOL! Dont waste your money here go somewhere where youll be treated respectfully as a customer that is spending your hard earned cash! According to the reviews here everyone else had somewhat of a good experience, I am not sure why I did not but then again I demand respect if I am spending my hard earned money! 7/14/16---Havent been back to this establishment and I doubt I will ever go back however, I did speak with the district manager who assured me that this would be taken care of and the employees would receive proper customer service training, hopefully this has happened! I will most likely call to follow up on this.

The staff was friendly here. I usually frequent the Canton (Boston Street) location. The thing I immediately noticed was the lack of cleanliness at the York Rd. location. Very disappointing. I love Five Guys food and absolutely hate eating from dirty restaurants. York Rd location gets a poor on cleanliness. Makes you want to turn right back around when you see how horrible the floors look. Canton is always always clean!

There was a rude customer in line in front of me trying to treat the employees like garbage, something about flattening the burger? Anyway the employee handled it like a champ. To the guy in front of me, dont come back! Five Guys has gotten everything on my order right all the time and they treat me with good service. Thanks Five Guys!!

Just remembering the downright disrespectful behavior of the manager Art and his staff here. I am taking my children to somewhere nearby there and began to think that maybe Id try this place again and had to reread my review of what happened to me here while I was with my kids and came to my senses! LOL!

There is always something at this place. Cash only we were told yesterday. We are out of fries last week? Even if they or not busy and there is no line, there is a wait. I have been to a few Five Guys Burgers and the food is pretty much the same everywhere and this location is no exception.

I love this place! Freshly crafted burgers with some friendly staff and great atmosphere. Ive been coming here since it opened back in... well, Ive been coming here a long time haha. Price is kind of high but considering quality and freshness i think it is worth it in my opinion!

One of the only places to get a real yummy, greasy bacon cheeseburger just the way you like it. They have a zillion toppings. Usually a burger is enough to do me good, but those weekends Im feeling in the mood to be a fatty, Ill get those tasty fries & a milkshake.

If youve been to another Five Guys before, you know what to expect. A little expensive compared to other fast food places, but it certainly delivers on quality, and perhaps even more notably, on quantity. A medium order of fries is enough for two people to share.

Most disgusting Five Guys Ive ever been to. All the tables were dirty, piss all over the floor in the bathrooms, just disgusting all around. No hair nets being used in the cooking area either! This is the first Five Guys I will not eat at again.

I work close to the five guys in Towson, so I go there for lunch sometimes. The workers there are nice. They know my order. I go before rush hour because I know they do get busy. Five guys is one of the only few fast food places that I eat at!

This is a nice location and the staff is fast and friendly. You get enough fries for two or more people and the burgers are made to order. Never over or under-cooked. While you are waiting have a generous portion of peanuts.
