I would give it -5 stars if it were a choice. STAY AWAY FROM HERE if you are looking for a family friendly environment to enjoy your food. Coming from someone who travels around the country and eats at BWW regularly when I do, this is the worst BWW ever. Unfortunately it is also the closest one to where I live. After arriving and getting our pager, a larger group of people arrived and were seated before us. Strike 1. We were then seated, and as the waitress was taking our order, it was so loud, she couldnt even hear me talk. (My fault for thinking we would be able to enjoy ourselves there on a football Sunday.) We then get seated outside. After kind of enjoying our appetizer, a group of people show up and surround us with their smoking. Apparently there is no designated smoking area on the patio; so those of us who dont want cancer are consumed in the smoke. (yes, there were other places on the patio where TVs were showing the game). Not wanting my two young children to get emphysema or cancer, and the inconsiderate smokers disregarding the fact that there were young children there, we moved to a more remote area of the patio.Strike 2. After 45 minutes from the time we were initially seated, still no food. So, after explaining my anger to the closest waitress I could find, we were finally served mediocre food. Strike 3. It is obvious that the management is more concerned with the masses and making money than the experience of all the customers. I will not return to this BWW.

I keep coming back to this BWW because they are a little cheaper then the other wing shops (and my previous favorite place burned down :-( ) The first visit was with a few co-workers. Our waitress was barely around enough to be "helpful" but main gripe was the 35minute wait time to get a few wings. We cashed out the ticket while we ate so we could leave in time. The second visit I placed a to-go order in person, the staff was helpful and courteous but it took 30 minutes from the point where I paid till I was walking out. The 3rd (and likely final) visit was today. I made an order to go over the phone this time and was told it would take about 15 mintes. I showed up 20 minutes later to pay. I then waited another 5-10 minutes for the food to be brought out. The wings were definitely not fresh as the sauce was beginning to thicken and the were luke-warm. On top of that, the carrots they provided with the wing were gooey and smelled like they had been sitting out for a few days. Something I did not find out until I took a bite and spit it back out from the taste. 3 chances is enough.

If I could give NEGATIVE 5 Stars I would. Came in with our family of 7. Was told seating would be 2-5 minutes. 15 minutes goes by and a waitress is busy flirting with the host not even concerned about her tables, the tables shes cleaning or the customers. The host lacked customer service on many levels. After we kindly asked to sit where ever is available (keep in mind there was only 5 other customers there with full staff) the host and another waitress handed my husband napkins and said we could clean off the tables our selves. They were not doing anything pertaining to their job duties. Our family goes to BWW every birthday for our kids. Tonight is one of those nights. The first time we came to harbor view location since we shopping for a new house on this side from Virginia Beach. If we do decide to buy a home in this location this will NOT even be in Consideration anymore. Buffalo wild wing staff of harbour view our BWW Family Tradition of 4years with 5 kids just ended this evening thanks to your horrible and distasteful service.

I like the food and drinks. People are always great. Just the new menu and its not just this place. I dont blame the management at the actual resturant, I blame the top or who ever makes he menu changes. First. Fried pickes. We used to order a basket and my family of 4 would all have a good share. Now we get this little skimpy paper basket. Wife got a total of 4, I had 5 and everyone was slamming them down as hey could see there was not enough. Come on, its a pickle for god sake. Cant we get a basket!? Second. 9 wings! I can order 2 different kinds of wings. One I get 5 and one I can only get 4? Is it that critical to give me that one freaking wing back! Thats just cheap and its not for the customer. Fix it bww. There are other spots to go that dont try to cheap the customer to make a dime.

I went out to this Buffalo Wild Wings recently with some coworkers and we were all very impressed. It was a weekend night, and we were eating after watching a movie nearby, and thus it was quite busy, with many people waiting in the lobby. However, we were still promptly seated and received excellent service even though it was busy - as a former server myself, I was very pleased that our server was able to keep our drinks refilled without being asked even though he had a lot of tables. Also, our food was delicious, I had the wings of various flavors and really enjoyed them, it was my first time to a Buffalo Wild Wings in a long time but it did not disappoint. So, definitely worth going to this Buffalo Wild Wings, even if it looks busy from the outside!

Ive been here three times, and each time has been progressively worst than the others; and thats saying a lot when the first time was just okay. I dont even know where to begin with this place. Heres a list of cons: bad service, rude staff, waiting long periods of time in between seeing your server (dont expect refills or talking to anyone between getting drinks and signing your receipt), was charged for someone elses bill, plus my own, on two separate occasions (Id love to bet on those odds), its loud and disorienting, the list goes on and on! And with all that said the food is just eh... I cant raise a bigger red flag, but if you still choose to go there I hope you dont run into at least half the problems I have with this place.

My nephew wanted Buffalo Wild Wings and this is the closest one to where we were. I should have read these reviews before going there though. Best I can tell, they didnt want my money. I was there with my mother and my nephew. We were seated for quite some time and no one ever even brought us water. Waitresses continued to walk by and none of them even greeted us. A family that came in after us received an apology from the host that they were so busy but still we sat there. They werent that busy either. When the waitress brought that family their drinks I decided to leave. We still hadnt even been greeted. A bunch of waitresses watched us leave but said nothing.

Im only reviewing on my experience of carry out, not dining in. I typically only come here on Tuesdays when their traditional wings are 50% the normal price. I like to call when I leave work and with my commute time, my order is usually ready when I arrive. Because of the wing specials, its a good idea to call about 45 minutes ahead of when you want your order. They tend to get extremely busy on Tuesday evenings. Bonus - If you have a Kroger Card, you can purchase a gift card for Buffalo Wild Wings and get the fuel points while prepaying for future wing orders.
