Not so fast food. Our order was 6th in the queue, and it took ten minutes to hit the counter. It was right after the lunch rush and the place was a mess, with paper all over the floor and stuffed trash cans. But, as a first-timer, I was stunned by the size of the burgers and by the number of condiments. I had no idea what I had gotten into, but I loved that burger, and am looking forward to visiting one of your stores in Tampa, when I get home after this trip.

This location is located on the second floor of the shopping area. Five Guys offers up burgers, fries shakes and hot dogs and, well, thats about it. While the menu main seem basic if youre used to the overloaded menus at traditional fast food restaurants, what Five Guys does serve up is quality. Just keep in mind that a "little" fries is WAY more than one person could possibly eat. Consider their smallest french fry size a generous serving for two people.

It all looks so dangerous to eat; haha! however we love it, especially the breakfast sandwiches with a hamburger pattie; sooo amazing. I think the condiments area could be a little better taken care of but other than that, a stellar performance. Id feel a lot better if I order a salad with my burger but a diet soda will do. Keep up the good work and great food, I love the customer service most of all.

Lost a loayl customer. I work at inner harbor and I go to five guys probably 3 times a week. But today my total came as $10.01 and I had 10 dollar bill and a 50 dollar bill. So I asked if its ok if I pay 10 and they wont let me so I had to pay with a 50 and I got 39 dollars and 99 cnet... I told the cashier about it, being just a penny and she tossed the drink cup at me.

Hands down one of the best places for burgers. They have no illusions of being a health food place. Their food is greasy and their fries make the bag see-through but it tastes so good. I only eat here once a year (at a maximum) but I am always more than satisfied.

They must be famous for dumping their soggy fries into the bags and all over the burgers. Everything kept falling out of the burger, I had to open it up and replace the lettuce four times while I ate. If you want to feel heavy and sick to your stomach, go here.

Most disgusting burger I have ever had. I had the veggie burger and couldnt even finish it it was so greasy and disgusting. Partner had a cheeseburger and hardly ate half. Fries were covered in grease. Cant believe they dont serve milkshakes!!

Decent custom made burger, fries good, but quite expensive for a burger meal. A step up from fast food but the place is still definitely fast food. Great location at Inner Harbor Gallery. Take your burger out and enjoy the water.

Fast and friendly service. The food was great, just as expected. You choose the ingredients you want for your hamburger. Theres a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine, so theres literally hundreds of options to choose from for your drink.

The buns are terrible they taste like wonderbread. The fries are limp and greasey. The burgers are ok for fast food but not sit down restaurant quality although the prices are similar to sit down better quality restaurants.

Bacon cheeseburger was ok, meat was overdone. Lots of people, lots of noise. Everything is rushed. The line for the refreshments collides with the line to pick up and the line to order

Ordered a bacon cheese hot dog. They forgot the cheese. Instead of fixing it, they put a piece of cheese on some foil. Because it was hot, it completely stuck to the foil.
