I went to a noodles place in Maryland awhile ago and was very pleased! However, the noodles in York is terrible! I went there with my father couple days ago and the messed up my order royaly. I cannot eat spicy foods it does not sit well with me. Ordered non spicy dish. When the brought it out they gave my dad my food and me his. (His was spicy) I didnt realize at first it was his. I went up and politely asked to just swap my dish for a different pasta. The lady I talked to made a huge stink and issue about it. So I said forget it. I went to sit down and she brings all the staff to my table to look at and check out my food. Deciding whether or not its what I ordered. They didnt even know! Anyways, I was the one who came to conclusion our food was switched based on pictures on the menu. They ended up bringing me what I ordered but 30min later that happened. Very unhappy with service! Unprofessional, unwilling to work with customers, stubborn, and the cooks dont even know what the hell it is they are making!! Ex. What if I was allergic to something they gave me in the pasta they messed up?! I dont recommend the location in York AT ALL!!

This location is hit or miss. If you want a hit I would eat in the restaurant, staff are friendly and the food is wonderful. My boyfriend and I often split a main dish and order pot stickers on the side, they always give us extra plates for easy splitting of our food. My issue is with take out. My noodles always seem dry when I get our food to go and never nearly as tasty compared to dining in. Ordering online is also frustrating, I ordered 30 minutes in advance so I could quickly grab my food on my way to work at night. I got there and still had to wait at least an additional 10 minutes in an empty restaurant with only 1 other customer there.

Stopped in to this place when it first opened. My wife & I both both got their spinach based dishes, which substitute spinach instead of the noodles (lower carbs & more nutritional). Dont recall what we each got, but we were both happy with our selections. Ive been meaning to get back there again. The service was very good when we were there, and the place was very busy. Hoping that the novelty of a new place starts to die down a little so it will be easier to find a table. If our next visit is different from the first, Ill update the review, but for right now, a 4 star review seems about right based upon our initial experience.

Noodle-less soup, my wife wanted noodles and ordered thai hot pot, I think she had 5 noodles in the whole bowl, and they gave her a big bowl but was only a quarter filled. I got a sandwich, was very small, need to go find something else to eat now. And the side salad had 7 pieces of lettuce and 15 croutons, thank you for the crouton salad! It did taste good, but expected more. And the tables were all dirty. Go to pho bistro for soup and noodles and pita pit for a sandwich.

Very unhappy with this Resturant. After ordering food online for pick-up, we STILL had to wait 20 minutes at the Resturant for our food to be cooked. While waiting, I observed a server wiping tables, and then refilling silverware without washing her hands. I then observed a cashier handling money, and then serving food to customers without washing hands. No one in the kitchen wore gloves, either. Absolutely disgusting.

Every time Ive visited they have somehow messed up the order. Tonight is the last time. Waited 30 minutes food, asked 4 time and the response was "its almost done". Gave me a hard time when I asked for a refund. In 30 minutes all they could manage was warming up cheese bread. I know a 4 yr old that can manage that. Wont be back!!!!!

Noodles and Company has a varied menu for people who want something different each time, and their cheesy bread is strong in the cheese department. Ill always find it weird that Im not supposed to return my dishes when Im done but its their business model, not mine. Still awesome service.

I normally love this place however tonight we had to bus our own table because every empty table had dirty dishes on it. When someone finally came out to clean the tables he was angry and kicked the trash bin and slammed the door. The food was good in spite of the lack of clean tables.

I ordered shrimp pad Thai thinking that it would be pretty hard to screw that up, but they proved me wrong. The shrimp was not fresh at all and actually made me a little sick. If youre looking for asian food, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I hear their mac & cheese is pretty good though.

Ate there today. The Thai curry with shrimp was very good but I found a hair in my food. That was disappointing but I did get a card for a Free meal. Everyone there is nice especially the manager. I would come back even without the free meal. It is very expensive.

I have been coming here for about 6-9 months , I believe. It has always been a good food good atmosphere place. And best part is you complete a survey on your receipt and you can get a free appetizer of your choice on your next visit. Awesome!

The food was really good and fresh. I couldnt believe how big and fresh the shrimp were. I split a dish with my daughter and still had to take some home. The staff was very friendly and the place was CLEAN! I am excited to try more dishes!

First time here and I was pleasantly surprised about this place. The prices are a little higher than expected for the portions that you received. But overall the quality of food seems like it was really good.
