Zero stars. Worst service ever. Management has given no assistance to the staff to help bridge the communication gap (almost all staff in day hours have little to no English speaking experience). Consequently, most transactions are variations of pointing, saying the name in English, pointing again, sending it back when they get the order wrong (which happens often), etc. I dont blame the staff - I blame whoever it is that is in charge, leaving their staff with no options but to "guess" when they dont understand what the customer has ordered verbally or through pointing up at the menu board. If management were to give the staff translator apps or even a picture menu for them to hand the customers, it would solve a ton of issues.

I am at GBMC for frequent treatment and every time I make a point of stopping for coffee and usually a bagel. The staff- regardless of how busy- has always been pleasant and helpful!
