Easily one of the worst Taco Bell locations in/around York, Pa. Every time I visit this location there is an issue; missing, incorrect, and/or cold food just to name a few. The last visit resulted in a conversation with a visiting manager who stated he "hates this location". Id recommend the Chipotle close by if youre in the mood for a burrito or some tacos. The extra money spent is worth it to avoid the poor service and aggravation of dealing with incompetent/uncaring staff.

Took 15 minutes for my friend to get a taco and a pizza here. I went to get a single taco and a soda, walked out because they took too long. There was a line of 5 people in there. Not because the place got slammed, the staff took too long. Watched a guy take 2 minutes to make 2 tacos. No sense of urgency, no moving with a purpose, no indication of pride in their work. Im not eating here again. Foods fine. Staff is slow. A sloth could move faster.

what there for 20 crunchy tacos at 10:50 pm they told me they didnt have enough meat to make my tacos and I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes waiting on somebody to take my order nobody answered and two I called the restaurant to ask if they was still open then they got on the intercom and took my order and said they couldnt make it

Staff is always friendly when I have been there. Did make a mistake on my order, but was very quick to fix it. And even though what I really ordered was a little higher in price, I offered to pay the difference and they just fixed the issue no questions asked. Great staff and food.

I came around 11 pm last night which is 2 hours prior to close and asked for 2 orders, they said they couldnt do that, I asked for the captain crunch balls, they said they didnt have them. So I went to McDonalds across the street.

Didnt get order right. Had to wait 10 mins then had to order the rest and wait another 5. I was on a time crunch and seriously every taco bell from Michigan thru Pennsylvania should just be shut down.
