Beware of this place when charging a card... They charge you a tip without asking and refuse to give you a refund.The management there is not very knowledgeable about how the card machine works. After being over charged and showing the cashier my bank statement. They still refused to refund the amount. I had to call my bank to dispute the overcharge. The 20% tip amount is what you really are paying, even for a simple carry out. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are getting over and I hope they correct the issue for future customers.

Im pretty sure they were taking bets in the kitchen to see if I would actually eat that horrible food. I ordered the steak in a sack and got what looked like a dirty diaper filled with blacked strips of mystery meat and burnt onions with a glob of cheese in a soggy pita. The coffee was so old and black milk wouldnt mix in and come to the top, the fries were crinkle cut frozen horrible things and overall it was the worst meal I have ever eaten out. 5 hours later I still have indigestion. OVERALL AN EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE

My wife and I odered a Tom Dooley Hamburger thats with an egg on it and a club sandwich no fries tee and a coke. The bill came to $28.00 and change. the hamburger should have included bacon for $10.00 but didnt and was a poor quality of meat. The club was ok but nothing special. The staff was friendly and atentive the dining room was clean but the food is just over priced for the quality and portion size. It will most likely be a while before we return.

it is rare that I post a low rating but the food we received here was absolutely inedible. I tried the steak on a sack which was more onions then steak and very greasy. It had ZERO seasoning whatsoever. i even asked for some seasoning salt or anything to add flavor and the waitress brought me celery salt and said it was all they had! :( Two stars because my waitress was very fast, knowledgeable and courteous.

Ordered, Cashier was great! waited for 30 min, forgot one of my subs had to go back and cook it.forgot my sides had to go back and get it. Got home to eat and fries were dry over cooked and old. "Steak in a sack" (on pita) was so soggy it fell apart even trying to pick it up. Will not be going back especially if this is what you get for over $35!!

Stopped by today for the first time and I have to say from the minute I walked in the door it was excellent customer services and the owner came over twice and spoke and asked was I ok . The food was awesome !!! I will return and bring my family next time . Im glad I found this hidden surprise

I have been going to steak in the sack when it was in Marlow Heights 1963 I used to live in back of them and they never have let me down on the quality or quantity of their food I live in Waldorf I drive to Charlotte Hall for their steak in the sack I recommend them

I was expecting a real hamburger, this was like a frozen patty like youd get at a back parking lot carnival. Not to mention it was $6.50!!! It was not good! And I took along time to get it! Cashier was nice though if that counts! Wont be going back.

Very happy to have an all day breakfast place in our area that is priced right for what you get! Never a bad experience. Wait Staff is attentive & friendly. Chicken Steak in a Sack is my favorite! Homemade Pita, how can you beat that?

Service was good. Ordered chicken sandwich was was really good. Had ordered onion rings but order didnt get put in (but asked if I wanted to have them expedited - so customer service is good too). Good menu choices. Will go back.

Food was good, charges Xtra for coffee or ice tea, at .75 per refill could run up, most places give free refills. Waitress was polite but they need to pay more attention to their tables and come back to check on their customers.

Quality ingredients, although I did not like the seasoning on the steak in the sub at all. Completely turned off by it. Rest of the food was good but seemed a bit pricey. Service could have been better in my opinion.

Ive eaten at the Marlow Heights location for over 26 years. I was happy to find out that they had another location. The food has not changed, and its still delicious. I will continue to eat here until the day I die.

I ordered the steak in a sack black coffee and fries. Absolutely delicious! My server Becci made me feel as if i had been coming here fir years. The coffee, was a mild good blend. $20 bucks
