WE WENT THERE LASTNIGHT WE WAITED TO BE SEATED FOR ABOUT A GOOD 5 MINUTES AND THE PLACE HAD MAYBE 4 OTHER TABLES IN THERE NOT BUSY AT ALL. WE FINALLY GOT SEATED A SERVER CAME RIGHT OVER TO US WE ORDERED OUR DRINKS WHICH SHE FORGOT TO BRING OUT THE RASBERRY SPLASH I WENT ND ASK HER AND SHE SAID WELL I HAVENT EVEN BEEN BACK INTO THE BACK YET. SO I SAT BACK DOWN AND TIMED IT IT TOOK ANOTHER 5 MINS AFTER I ASKED ABOUT THE DRINK FOR HER TO FINALLY COME BACK WITH IT AFTER ALREADY WAITING 10 MINS FOR IT I COULD TELL THE OTHER PEOPLE IN LAURENS SECTION WERE NOT HAPPY WITH HER SERVICE FINALLY OUR FOOD COMES OUT AND I GOT THE WRONG ORDER SO I HAD TO WAIT TO GET MY RIGHT FOOD!!! AGAIN THERE IS NOW 2 TABLES LEFT IN HERE AND I AM STILL GETTING HORRIBLE SERVICE. THIS IS THE LAST TIME I GO TO THIS PLACE EVERY VISIT HAS BEEN HORRIBLE.

Got there and sat down at 11am. Got drinks finally at 1130am. Placed our orders at 1140am sat there and was ignored by everyone. Brought out a unordered drink and said we would have to pay for it. At 1230pm we got up to see what the problem was. We got a Idk what tou tell you nothing I can do. At 1231pm. Walked out and didnt pay for drinks. Never even saw our food tho 4 people around us got their food and left. They sat down after us. Stay sway from this place!!!! Go to bobevans

Attempted to call in an order but no one answered the phone. Surprising to me they had a very general voicemail, it said nothing about i hop. The lady who seated us was a bit rude, she kept tring to figure out who was working and who was leaving. Not to mention she walked really far ahead of us. Not happy at all with the staff. I do not know what has changed but the staff has for sure. I will be finding another spot for breakfast.

Read other reviews as we sat down to lunch so I ran a timer. Sabrina got to our table within a minute and took drink and lunch orders. It took 8 min. To get juice, coffee, & water. The pancakes and omelet came 17 minutes after we ordered. My eggs were not as hot as Id like but breakfast for lunch was quickly consumed. Mens room automated towel dispenser empties into sink if you was your hands - dispenser fail.

This is a very well known pancake selling establishment. However, I couldnt eat any of those yummy pancakes because there are absolutely NO gluten free choices! There are red velvet cake pancakes (my sister chose this) and yes, even scrapple (my brother in-laws choice), all made with flour. Even the omelets are made with flour! IHOP, wake up and smell the gluten free pancakes to go with the coffee!!!!

Had a party of 10, took over 45 minutes from the time we ordered(20minutes after we sat down) to have 8 meals brought to the table. Took another 25 minutes to get the remaining 2 meals. Food was good so did not give 1 star. During same period, most other tables sat, ordered, ate, paid and left. New diners came, ordered and were served minutes after our initial order was delivered.

Seating was fast. I got a steak omelet with a side of hash browns and double stack of double dipped cinnamon french toast. The food was great the french toast was a great desert not sugary, sweet with a little crunch. My server Sarah did a great job of making sure i had everything i need and getting it to me in great timing. Overall friendly staff and good food.

My boyfriend and I ate this IHOP yesterday and I was pleased by the food and especially the service. Our waitress was Joyce, she was extremely friendly, energetic, and checked on us often. Being in customer service myself, I would definitely say she is an asset to the restaurant. Based on the great service, food, and price, we do plan on returning soon.

Hard to believe, but its the best IHOP Ive ever eaten at, and arguably the best tasting, chain-resturant food, in Prince Frederick. Seating is fat, even during church crowd service. Ive ordered a variety of of items on the menu, and they never disappoint. Food is fast, consistent, and great. Wait staff is courteous. A+

I did plumbing work for their establishment. They didnt pay their bill.. After negotiating with me because they didnt want to pay what everyone else pays. I dont go into ihop And argue their menu prices are to high, eat their food and not pay the bill. This is what they did to my business.

I really want to give them more stars. The main problem is they are inconstant. When they are on, the service and food is fantastic. Other days one or the other, or both are horrible. Its also rarely in the middle, you either have a wonderful experience or a terrible one.

Waited forever just for drinks not to mention the 40min it took for food to come out! Half way through eating my daughter finds a dead fly in her eggs! GROSS!! The manager acted like it was no big deal and offered her another plate. EWWW!!

Me and my fiance have come here every sunday for the past two months. Service is amazing and the food is wonderful!! Even when the place is packed me manage to get out quick and early. Love coming here!!

Scrappel was definitely not Rapa brand. The only brand for self respecting scrap eaters. The food was okay I suppose but I just didnt like the place. Dont know why. Probably because I had a kid with me.

I come here for breakfast and lunch when I visit family in the area. The service is so good I could sware they can read my mind! Food is fast and delicious. Highly recommend coming here.
