Literally one of the worst dinner experiences we have ever had. The only thing that this IHOP has going for it is that it is modern and new. Beyond that, it was awful. We were seated as soon as we walked in the door. The restaurant was only half full and had nearly 10 servers working, most of which were standing around playing with their cell phones. After a carousel of what seemed like 3 different servers arguing over who would take care of our table, we finally got one. This server was extremely unprofessional and from the start seemed to be high on some kind of drug. Once we placed our order, she came to our table, and very loudly acted out that she was stepping out to call someone. A co-worker of hers went out with her so it does not seem that she went to call anyone. After 10 minutes of our server missing, I finally got another server to refill our drinks. She finally came back in and seemed to be much more "mellow." I have no idea where she went or what she did but i highly doubt that she made a phone call. While waiting for the food, the staff who seemed to be bored kept coming to our table and interrupting our conversations for no apparent reason. When we finally got our food (40 minutes after being seated), everything seemed to be ok. It was not that bad, my wife then found what looked like beard hair in her crepes. The eggs and hash browns tasted like the were cooked in old oil. There was so much commotion in the kitchen for whatever reason and our server again disappeared for 15 minutes. We could not get the check soon enough to get out of there. Then, when we finally got outside, some kitchen staff were outside horsing around and yelling profanities on top of the parking garage by a vehicle with a black bag and an empty beer can laying next to it. Needless to say we will NEVER return to this location and i would suggest that you not waste your time either. 0 stars would have been preferred.

My son and I arrived between 8:30 and 9 p.m. on a Monday night. There were two large parties already seated. We came in right before a couple & we were seated simultaneously after waiting 5 minutes (or more) before we were greeted. There appeared to be three servers two red shirts one black shirt. The couple received their food well before us and were done shortly after our food came out cold. I informed my server that my food was cold ,she offered a discount or to take the food back and remove it from my bill.. I would have appreciated an apology for serving cold food and offered to warm it up. I didnt wait 30 minutes to get my food not to eat...but after returning it to be warmed I didnt eat it bc of her disposition. I came to IHOP to eat and celebrate my sons bday. ***my recommendations*** My server could have informed me of the reason for the delay Stopped by the table and ask if everything is alright or if refills r needed.... instead of walking past the table and not making, eye contact ***my regrets***Please accept my apology** I regret my attitude when asking Nikki why was my food cold I regret not informing her on a better way of handling things instead of becoming short with her I regret not tipping

If I could give no stars I certainly would! My 2nd time eating there the service was great on behalf of the server, however we waited about 35 minutes for our food, had to leave for an emergency so asked for our food to be packed in TO-GO which took another 15 minutes! Called the next day and spoke with a manager about the experience& were given a gift certificate for our next visit. Went in today to redeem, waited once again about 40 minutes for food (the place wasnt even half full)! Once the food finally came out the eggs in my omelette were raw and running all over my plate & the rest of the food was cold! My server was incredibly incompetent, waited over 10 mins to be greeted and the hostess had to get our drinks, never returned to check on us, and had to flag him down multiple times for refills & to obtain the check. Worst restaurant experience ever, will never return!!! As a new establishment I would expect that they would be trying to put on the ritz in order to gain and maintain clientele.... Obviously Im mistaken! Dont even waste your time patronizing this location!

Entering the place looks good. Its the services that change and altar people view points.... We was able to be seated very quickly.. however it took about 40mins to an hour before our food arrived.. it was only 4 other groups in the whole restaurant. About a total of 10 people. The cleaning gentlemen had a carpet cleaning machine in the mist of the table arrangements, in which the customers was seating.... Hee put a mask on and started to pull chemicals into a bucket on top of the machine. It produces a white fog smoke into the air...We was ready to leave but decided to stay to ensure that this review spoke on everything. The restroom was in fair condition... The Waiters was astonishing. They were polite, friendly as well understanding... The food was good. However the onion rings was over cooked we had to request a replacement... NOW THE PANCAKES WAS MMMMM GOOD. THEY JUST MELTED APART.. I HAD TO ORDER ANOTHER BATCH OF PANCAKES.. STILL THINKING ABOUT IT. I want to give them another try so I will be going back again. Everyone deserves a second chance.

This place was a complete clusterfork this evening. Weve been there a few times before and the service was okay, but they must be really shorthanded now. At about 7:45 PM, we (party of two) arrived with another party of four. The party of four (2 adults, 2 children) were seated immediately and the hostess never returned. While we were waiting, I noticed about a dozen tables scattered around the restaurant with dirty dishes - nobody seemed to be clearing empty tables. After a few minutes, someone else showed up.and she seemed to be very annoyed (at the missing hostess?). She took us to a table, handed us menus, said someone would come to take our orders - she didnt take a dirnk order. Other people came in, were seated at nearby tables, and waitresses came to take their orders. Nobody ever showed up at our table while others were receiving their drinks. Since it was clear we wouldnt be served, we left.

This Ihop definitely has a modern decor. The omelet was average, pancakes awesome, skimpy on the fruit though, service good. Shema, our waitress was polite, patient and timely. Handicapp accessible restaurant and parking is free. They have weekday deals for pancakes and seniors. If using a Local Flavor Certificate purchased through Groupon expect some issues. Any Local Flavor purchased through Groupon is not redeemable via mobile app. You must use the code provided within the Purchase Confirmation email. Expect to be hassled by the restuarant if they arent able to redeem the purchase afterwards. Explain, once the code is entered into their system it can no longer be used. The hassling should cease. No more Local Flavor Certificates through Groupon for me! I will be returning.

Will steal Your Debit card information!! My child had surgery at Kaiser across the street on 7/7/16. A few family members decided to eat at IHOP to get their mind off the stress. The hostess was extremely rude and unprofessional from the start. When it came time to pay, they took long to return my wifes debitcard. Long story short, she returned to the hospital and met my child in the recovery room. While in the recovery room, she received a call from my bank asking if we spent over $600 in Footaction. My wife still had her card so they copied it. The only positive is that the cooks can cook. They said the food was actually good. Its unfortunate. Man, i hope the servers didnt do anything to the food. Since theyre already willing steal from us. Smh
