Maneje 45 min, ya que cerca del lugar donde vivo cerraron el que había, al llegar al lugar todo se veia sucio tanto las mesas como el piso...procedi a ordenar mi comida que consistió en un 1/3 World y 1/2 libra bourbon, me dirigí hacia la estacion de bebidas y encontré un reducido numero de opciónes para beber, el produce bar salad nada fresco y con poco producto en cada pan, me llamaron para recojer mi orden y la desilucion fue más grande aún al ver mi hamburguesa en un pan gigantesco k hacia lucir la carne tanto la de 1/3 como la de 1/2 como una kid burguer, el pan estaba duró y viejo me diriji hacia el manager y le pregunte que de hace cuanto era ese pan y no supo responderme nada. Realmente hize mi viaje de 45 min de valde pues no me pude comer esa terrible hamburguesa, pregunte por un basurero para tirarla y me contestaron de mala gana que la dejará junto a la máquina de sodas. No recomiendo ese lugar y ojalas puedan leer mi comentario y todos los escritos abajo y no se dejen llevar solo por el nombre como tristemente lo hize yo.....

I decided since i havent been to one in awhile i try tonight for dinner while i work overnight. I googled the number and gave them a call. I will say the reviews were mixed however decided to give them a try. I called 5 times with no answer. They closed at 12 midnight and it was 11pm when i called to place me order. They never picked up so i decided to walk around the corner to place a order. When i arrived it was not busy and had all of 5people including myself. I explained to the cashier i called but didnt received a answer. She replied with no apology she could ring up ast the register. I placed a order of Wings and A chili Cheese cheddar hot dog. After receiving my order by the manager i checked it and realized the hot dog realized there wasnt any cheese on my hot dog. I kindly said to the manager that i ordered a chili and cheese dog. Her reply was that she just realized she didnt have any cheese. So instead of informing me to see if i wanted a refund "In which I did" for it she just gave it to me as is. Big Mistake and bad customer service. Very disappointed and the wings werent all that great neither.

First off I wanna deter anybuddies from visiting the city of Silver Spring. I have never seen such a disappointing establishment in an otherwise lackluster city of town. In all my life I never thought that a meal at Fudruckers would nearly bring me to tears. I have my suspecions that the quality-or lack thereof- was due to a political allience with the New World Order. The resemblance​ is uncanny: look at the rubbish sitting on the stoop, the overpriced meal, and the decomposition of the chicken those sorry folk served. The cashier tried to charge us over $2 what the Fudruckers on Rockville Pike charged us. Mr.Machiavelli has sustained permenent mental trauma from the poisoned food those honkytonks served us. I write this review in the hope that no unsuspecting, innocent man falls into this bear trap of an organization. This is the last in the coffin to Mr.Machiavelli. We can only hope that the morons runnin this place decide to close the doors for good.

We were there today for lunch (actually the first ones there) and it was such a disappointment. First, hours said they opened at 10:30am, but in fact they opened at 11am (no biggie). As I said earlier- we were the first family in, we placed our order and went to sit and wait. We waited for a while about 10-15 min for our food only to get a burnt buffalo chicken sandwich. I took it up to the front and asked for a new one and the lady had an attitude about it. I waited for another 5 min to get my new sandwich, only for that one to come out looking the same. It was only then I realized that my sandwich wasnt burned, it was cooked in old oil. The same with my daughters chicken strips. We ended up throwing away our meals and just leaving. Never will I step foot in that establishment again. So disappointing.

So, Im not going to be one of those reviewers that says theyll never set foot in another Fuddruckers again, because thats very dramatic. But this particular Fuddruckers is not great at all. Ordered an American Melt and got a burger on a regular bun instead of Texas toast as pictured. Most of the drinks in the vending machine were out of order. The icee machine wasnt working. The ketchup dispenser had nothing in it and overall the place was unorganized. And the prices are pretty high for ok food. The only thing that made the trip worth it was that some guy didnt pick up his food and left, so they gave us what he ordered for free

After going shopping with my girlfriend we headed here and we found out LOTS of changes! #1: The sodas machine was changed and of course it it gave us less options.. it was the only reason my girlfriend liked this place. #2 I asked for a well done burger but the time it took was way less than what I expected. My guess the patty was already cooked. #3 There are no freaking trash bins... I am a manager at a restaurant and if this happened to me I would go crazy to see trash in my lobby for my customers to see. Right now I dont recommend this place but hopefully they start remodeling.

Es un lugar incomodo el piso pegajoso, la atención del personal es mala, no limpian las mesas se ve todo sucio son muy descuidados.....realmente un lugar no recomendable si quieres comer mas barato y con mejor calidad hay muchas mejores opciones al rededor de este lugar.

Their burgers are good , fries OK, costumers services pretty bad. Fuddruckers is good when you are really really hungry, but the employees dont really care much about their costumers. They have slow service and a lot of the time the employees have to make everyone wait an extra 10 mins when they get a costumers order wrong. They also do this thing were you have to buy something from their if you want to use the bathroom. That caused problems for me when I was waiting in a long line to order food. This place isnt the worst though.

I work in downtown and have been to this Fuddruckers many of times. Never had an issue until now. The guy who took my order acted like I was wasting his time and throw my debit card on the counter which then slid onto the floor (of course he said nothing and walked away). Got my food quick but the fries were cold. When I asked politely for someone they ignored me and so I stood there until someone noticed me. Finally, got my meal re-fired after waiting 40 minutes. Another valued customer lost. =/

Somehow it has been declining. Food not as good as before. Maybe its the bread, maybe its the patty, sometimes the veggies at the bar are not fresh, with limited selections at times. Cheese sauce not available is the biggest failure, you gotta make sure you have that all the time otherwise people who find that good like myself will be very disappointed. Also the dining area felt kinda dirty last time I visited. Need some work.
