Waited 30+ minutes at this location for one milkshake and an order of fries. I entered the establishment when it wasnt very busy, only had 1 party of 3 in front of me. As I waited, the line kept getting longer and they insisted on running the business with one register open. after 15 minutes or so, I finally placed my order and step to the side and waited patiently for another 15-20 minutes. During that time, I got my fries right after I placed the order. However, by the time they gave me my milkshake, the fries were already cold. I finally spoke to a manager, his name is Dennis, all he can said was he was sorry. Did nothing or made no effort to compensate for my time. I called the franchise the next day, which was last week and have not gotten a call back from the location owner yet. Very bad customer service from this location and the owner, will not be visiting the location again.

I had a previous experience at this location that was unpleasant and the manager at the time called me and told me to come back with a friend for a couple free meals and that she wrote it down in her log book. When I went back to redeem the free meals the manager Michael look in the book and it seems as though the manager who offered the free meals failed to write it down. Michael was happy to honor the offer anyway. He was very helpful and attentive to our needs and made our experience at smash burger a pleasant one. Michaels wonderful hospitality was wonderful and the food and shakes were fantastic. I would highly reccommend this location for a anyone who wants to have a great dining experience. Thanks.

Service at this location is atrocious. Painfully slow and the orders are (very) often screwed up. Last visit was the last one ever. After waiting 15 minutes for food to come (hardly anyone else there) I waited another 20 minutes for my shake. I tried to get the server guys attention about it and I he looked over at me, pointed at me and said "look at this guy!" to one of the cooks, and laughed. He eventually came to the table with the shake in a take-out cup and slammed it down on the table and walked away. Unbelievable. Too bad - the chicken sandwiches are very tasty.

I had the burger with Swiss and bacon in it, and garlic Rosemary fries. I was really craving BGR burgers but decided to try this place out. Positive: burger fresh to order, large size was filling, cheaper than other burger places such as BGR Cons: my fries were drenched in grease/oil, I couldnt even eat them all, and they are the thin straw like fries. BURGER WAS ok, nothing super tasty to make me want to come back and try something else, and I didnt care for the fries. I left wishing I had gotten a diff burger from somewhere else I would have been more satisfied

PLEASE WEAR A HAIR NET! The food is delicious. The store seems clean and everyone in there seems very nice. HOWEVER, the two times I ordered carryout I got home to see they had given me the wrong item. My receipt said baja cobb but i received a classic cobb. Also, the woman with braids really needs to wear a hair net, especially since she feels the need to whip her hair around all the time. There was a hair in my salad and it was definitely hers....gross! I am fairly certain she is required by law to wear a hair net.

Not impressed at all for 40.00 spent on 1 adult and 2 children. I wanted to switch out the drinks for shakes on the meals for the kids and was shutdown immediately. So I bought the 2 shakes separately at 2.20 each. The food wasnt bad, just not great...could have went to chick Fila and spent 20.00. Probably wont be back as the gnats were all over the place, not so clean. The guy taking orders was also taking food to the tables which caused wait times before ordering. Luckily the cook was on point with his service.

Worst burger we ever had. Me and my wife both are on veg diet. We order black bean burger and one make ur own burger and a haystack onion. Black bean patty was too much salty!! And it was not properly heated. Both burger were same worst!! And worst part is haystack onions IT WAS Paithatic... Too much oil, not fresh at all and too much salty, seems like they were days old. We will never go there and will not suggest any one to go and ruin their lunch or dinner. Stay Away!!!

So the location is within walking distance from work, but the last time was was there it took over 25 minutes to order. While I waited the cook was cursing at a rather loud volume for all the customers to hear. Then it took almost 30 minutes to get my food. The burger I order was good, although for a 55minute time frame I was still let down. This location either needs to higher more people of shut down. I tried to contact corporate,but was only able to leave a message

Smashbhrger is amazingggg! Im not sure why people are complaint about this restaurant. They make your food COOK TO ORDER. If you dont want to wait 10 to 15 minutes for FRESH FOOD then move on!! More food for me :). I love there sweet potatoe friends and my favorite sandwich is the chicken avacado club. Even the salads are amazing!!!! Super friendly every time I walk in. I can even build my own sandwich and get fries cheeper then shake shack!

Just have to add to the number of reviews pointing out the poor service. I have honestly never seen such bad service from chain restaurant employees. I work at a similar restaurant and can not imagine anyone where I work getting away with being so openly rude to guests. The seem to ignore the fact they have an open kitchen and guests can see and hear anything they say.

VERY VERY long wait, apparently not enough staff to deal w/ the flow ove...r 30 min wait for A burger, kids meal and fries. The fries container was 1/2 full after all that... this is the 2nd time I have had a bad experience. Last time was 3pm on a Sunday and took me 45 min. Never again. Definitely not worth it!

Waited 10 mins to order food. While waiting the cook at least took the initiative and ask what I was going to order. Order a burger and shake 15 mins after order still havent received shake. The burger was quick as the check to action. The cook is the only reason I gave two stars.

Lunch was superb, as usual. Michael, who took my order is always friendly, helpful, and efficient. The type of person who makes you want to return to the restaurant. I factor in 10-15 minutes to get my sandwich - the amount of time it took today as well. Enjoyed it!

I love smash burger but the people that work here had an attitude and got our order wrong and gave attitude after we mentioned it. Parking is okay here and location is pretty good. Seating areas are plentiful and nice. Hope I can change this review if things change.
