I ordered the quart of soup the waitress said it was only for to go orders,and could not get it with my salad. So they lost sales there.then it took a very long time for us to receive our meal.the restaurant wasnt very busy at all,should not have taken so long.the service was ok but for price of dinner should have been faster.people who came in after us was served long before us.maybe they need a change in management, not sure I will return to this location.

I eat breakfast at this Bob Evans every Sunday. The hostesses seat us quickly, the staff is friendly and we get good service and good food. The servers all work together well, filling coffee cups all the time for each other. I doubt there is any better place around for breakfast. The place is always clean aand kept neat. I highly recommend it.

Enjoyed my meal at this location. ...ordered the bacon cheese burger, fries and coleslaw (arguably the best coleslaw in the industry ). Coffee was quite good as well. Service was decent but, could have been better (hence 4 stars, instead of 5). Fair pricing and very good value for the money! Id return to this location again on my travels!

Cooks need to be replaced or retrained. They dont know well done from rare or fried hard from over easy. Servers get blamed for this stupidity or ignorance. And we should never have to wait about 30 minutes for our food unless there is a power outage. 5☆s for servers (only reason we return). No (0) ☆ for management and cooks.

Ordered one of there family meals. Turkey and green beans smelled awful. My wife called the store back within 40 minutes of us getting the carry out order. He refused a refund. Said he could not et a refund after 30 minutes is passed. I had to call corporate office to get a refund. I WILL Never BE IN A BOB EVANS AGAIN.

The service was really good (the helped accommodate a large party for us) and the server was polite and friendly. The restaurant was clean. The prices are in line with a typical Friches or maybe an Apple Bees. The food seems fresh and tasted really good. I think I prefer it over similar places, like Cracker Barrel.

Rarely visit Bob Evans, today reminds me of why. Rude waitress, my over medium eggs were highly undercooked, my home fries were burnt, and for some reason the hot cakes had what looked like flecks of broccoli on them. Definately will not be returning to this location.

Worst Bob Evans Ive ever eaten at. Kitchen staff grade F Cashier grade F Waitress grade A. 30 minutes from placing to receiving order. Waitress kept saying she was sorry. Shame on the manager for running a poor restaurant.

Good food, though nothing earth-shattering. Breakfast is definitely the specialty, but we did try the pot roast and were pleasantly surprised. Service has been mixed - some really good, some just okay (usually when theyre busy).

Consistent Bob Evans quality food but our waitress was a mess. We were missing an order of toast and she rolled her eyes, sighed, and muttered under her breath before going back to the kitchen. It was just toast, no big deal.

It took over 2 hours to get our food. The poor waitress has to cover for the kitchen staff and she lost a lot of tips from having to give free food to her customers.
