been to this location many of times and their service is always slow but today was unacceptable. They had one table set, about 5 employees just standing around and myself and my toddler who are African American came into the restaurant and sat down and wasnt even given a glass of water and Sat there for about 5 to 10 minutes. Then a white gentleman with his two children came in and sat down and receive table service immediately I found it highly offensive and I walked up to the counter and made them aware of it and everyone was looking so for someone to handle it, they were just standing around the entire time and could not miss us considering that they didnt have any customers except for the one table that was in there. Afterward I called the manager while driving in the car and informed her that I would be making a Google review as well as contacting the corporate office the manager attempted to ask me to come back to fix the problem but I feel that this is something that should have happened from the very beginning. like come on its 2015, I am a war vet and more than likely make a higher income than 3 incomes in their homes combined and tip well, yet they did not want to service me. With that said I do expect my concerns to be addressed via corporate office and I will eventually revisit the location with hopes that they have fixed the problem until then I would suggest not making this location your number one stop.

Took forever, menu was so dirty I couldnt even touch it, we sat and sat and sat. Decided to leave. It looked like chaos and they had 5 or 6 tables of people and 3 or 4 looking as if they were waiting for takeout. We had a young child with us and sat for 15 min without a drink or even drinks ordered. Table was still kinda dirty where they sat us. We are not even thoes kind of people it was just all around bad we couldnt even try out the place. We left and went to firehouse subs. Where the tables were clean and the place didnt smell like vinegar and crusty menus.

Wasnt busy at the time I went; My friend and I first ordered water, but it took at least 10 minutes to get them. Then we each ordered a burger and together wed share a sweet potato fries basket. It took more than a half hour for the food to come and the waitress mistakenly had the sweet potato fries as a side on his order instead of the salad hed asked for. We finished, paid and I asked for a to-go box. Fifteen minutes later and no box, we just decided to leave. I wont be coming back.

The manager is horrendous. It took him at least ten minutes to realize we hadnt been helped yet while we were sitting 10 feet away from where he was standing around. Then he chased his staff around figuring out why we hadnt been helped instead of helping us himself. He did eventually come over, but wasnt paying attention when we were ordering and messed our order up. Cmon man. Lead by example.

Love the food, Love the Service, Love the atmosphere! The waiters are friendly and funny. Sometimes people eat there after their movie. They should eat there before the movie because they can get discounts for their movie. The burgers are big and yummy.

Walked in at 4pm, the place was filthy, and empty with eight servers standing around doing nothing.. Thank goodness I didnt order anything and left. If it isnt clean there is no reason to believe the food handling is sanitary.

Food is par, shake was awesome, but the restaurant floor was dirty, walls dirty, and womens bathroom. In addition, the hardware under the tables make this huge clanking sound when you accidentally hit them.

Taken my son here many times. Its his favorite place for the atmosphere, service, and food. Many waiters go out of their way to make the dining experience special -- my son likes the ketchup artwork.
