My wife and I went here for a quickie birthday dinner since we live close. I ordered the 1/2 lb American Kobe and she ordered the 1/3 lb burger. Once we picked our food up we prepared each one to our taste. Once at the table and after Id taken a bite out of mine, we realized her patty was larger than mine. I took the burgers back to the counter to ask if it was possible that they got mixed up and the lady (who I assume was the manager) confirmed that they had. Ok,no biggie, I figured theyd just remake them both. Wrong. She asked which one needed to be remade. Mistake one. If you mix orders up, remake them both! She spent all the time trying to figure how to fix this by just making one new burger, failing to comprehend (although she was looking directly at the burgers) that they both had already been fixed up with condiments. Mistake two. She told the kitchen to remake my Kobe burger, but that wouldnt work because my wifes 1/3 lb burger that was actually given to me had a bite already out of it. Mistake three. So they remade my wifes burger and not mine. As this was going on and the manager was standing there right in front of me Im having to perform my own burger surgery picking stuff off my original Kobe burger that was given to my wife. Then I had to ask for a new top bun. Mistake three. Its restaurant 101: If you mix up 2 customers orders, remake them both. Meanwhile I had an order of chili fries that was sitting on the table getting cold and soggy. My Kobe burger on which I had to perform the surgery went cold. And I never got so much as a "sorry."

Dear peasants, It brings me great pain to bestow upon this establishment 2 stars. Dr. Desk and I have been fond members of the fuddruckers family for over a decade. In this time we have had the most quality of experiences. Given our past history, it brings us a waterfall of tears to write this negative article. Dr. Desk and I have put off the drafting of this article for several weeks in order to allow the intense emotions settle down. Several weeks ago Dr. Desk and i became severely ill with a case of food poisoning by the tender of the chicken. Now, weeks after being in the hospital, we have returned with vengance. in an attempt to correct their mistake of under cooking the tenders they instead decided to burn them to a crisp. Dr. desk was mentally injured to find that his regular seating arrangment had been ripped apart and taped together as a form of mockery. Believe it or not, they did manage to cook the fries to some standards. If you dont like what you hear, i recommend taking your business elsewhere. Love, Mr. Machiavelli

A well-run Fuddruckers in South Rockville. Food is pretty fresh, as seen by the free Topping bar. Topping such as tomatoes, lettuce, onions, pickles and others are very good quality freshness & regularly refreshed when quantities are low. Standard Fuddruckers menu is available. Mix of burgers, hot dogs and salads along with some specialty items (for example, game meat burgers such as Elk or Bison are often seen on the menu). I personally find the staff friendly on average. Plenty of groups come here, especially families and other large group organizations. Overall, a consistent experience at this establishment.

Go here when your Celebrating any type of Victory involving Sports.....It just feels like the RIGHT PLACE to be!!! Monster Burgers with Creative Toppings. Try it out next time your in the area! I really like the way they have the Floor Plan layed out....makes you feel like your at at 5th grade clubhouse party and the parents havent showed up yet! GO!!!!

Staff was friendly but a few issues. 1) the dining area was a mess. Customers left yet tables have yet to be bussed. 2) My kids kids meal was weak, especially my daughter who ordered apples which were slimey and tasted like lemon juice. 3) The 1/3 pound burgers were lost in the bun...so much unnecessary bun. Seems like Fuddruckers might be getting old.

I honestly have been to great restaurants and had great experiences there, and this is definitely the place for amazing food, and super service. The manager and his staff are very courteous and professional. The food is simply amazing and so good. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys a great burger and great place for families

I like this place because you choose the components of your burger YOURSELF! Aside the beef of course! The meat seems to be organics and the fries are so tasty, you barely feel the salt! You dont need to leave any tips because its a DIY kind of place! I would recommend to any burger lover visiting the Maryland area.

The food was great, as per usual. Nothing honestly terrible about here other than how much little they give in the milkshake tons, now. They used to fill it halfway with milkshake. Now its a little puddle in the bottom of the tin. Very sad.. But still. Definitely recommend.

Has a good selections of burgers and providing a toppings bars to fix the burger yourself. The bread and deserts are pretty good. Management is very friendly and aim to give customers an enjoyable experience.
