The staff didnt make my order (one simple cheeseburger). I placed an order at 2:05 PM on a Sunday. By 2:40 PM I had not been called to pick up my order. I asked them how much longer it would be. They had not even started to cook my order! They didnt even know about the order. Other customers had come and gone. The staff couldnt have been busy enough to lose my order. There were three employees in the kitchen, very few people in the restaurant, and no customers were before or after me at the cash register for several minutes. I got a refund for my order. I went to Five Guys instead. Five Guys actually remembered to make my food after Id paid for it. I would be surprised if this Burger Joint was still in business a year from now. I certainly wont be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

The food is alright, but not great and its a bit overpriced. The service is mediocre at best. The atmosphere is decent. Basically everything about the place is unspectacular. The soda machine is the only thing that is good, nothing else stood out. I wouldnt try too hard to dissuade my friends from going there if they suggested it, but I certainly would never suggest it myself, not with the other options that are in the same shopping center. But I would go there instead of McDonalds, at least. Its still food.

Foods okay, though overpriced for what you get. Lousy service... the staff behind the counter apparently cant hear any of the customers. Im tired of shouting and having my order screwed up. Im tired of waiting in line while other customers try to communicate what they want. This one isnt going to last when there are more pleasant eating options in Cabin John Mall and up Seven Locks Road.

Good burgers, a little pricey. I tried the BBQ pulled pork burger today, cooked medium. The burger came well but was still pretty good, and on the cheaper side of the menu at 9 bucks. The fries are pretty standard. Not bad but nothing special. I like the colorful lighting and classic rock n roll vibe.

Food is pretty good, but service is very mediocre. They cannot get the orders right ever and cook the food incorrectly. I ask for one plain cheeseburger and two with everything and I get two plain and one with lettuce all cooked rare.

The food is all around good. The caramelized onions on the pretzel bacon cheese burger I would say are a little much. However when there are a lot of people there it takes forever to get through the line to order.

The burgers here are good but a little on the higher end of the scale, like a steakhouse burger. They have some creative and delicious spins on the classic burger and the place is clean.

The burger was very good. The fries were just good (thick fries). This is a popular and larger location. They know how to line up the orders and get them moving but there is still a wait.
