Im very picky about my burgers and am in love with BGR however I received a coupon for a free burger and thought, what the heck, they are in my neighborhood (and I have to drive a long way for a BGR) so I stopped in. I wanted a simple burger, LTM and asked for it medium rare. Cant get anything but well done I was told so, I got well done. The burger was boring, boring, no seasoning of any kind, not juicy (like dripping down my chin, please). Since it was free, I bought a chocolate milk shake. What I got was chocolate milk, even more boring. Manager on duty was nice and friendly and apologized for the lack of cooking choices - they dont have a license for rare meat. The staff was young, very young but friendly, just doing their job. I wont be going back and glad I didnt have to pay for this burger. Now Ill see if my cats are hungry. Sorry EB, but my heart still belongs to BGR, where I can get it cooked (or not overly cooked) the way I want it and the flavors are fantatic. And yes, it runs down my chin when I bite into it.

Just visited this location a few minutes ago to try this place for the first time. I was only coming in for I had received a free burger voucher via mail. Having positive expectations, I presented the voucher and the first thing the cashier said was "thats expired!" with not even a hello, welcome, or giving a suggestion. Proceeded to ask for the manager to speak with me and all the young female manager on duty expressed was negative body language as she approached me along with a sigh for she was being interrupted in delivering a burger to a customer. She rudely said "we cant take this because its no good...you missed it by 2 days." Ok I get that but she didnt even offer to take an order or even make a suggestion...her verbal delivery was not respectful and certainly not appreciated. Wont be returning there anytime soon! Ill gladly stick with Five Guys and BGR.

Pricey, needs flavor, but overall ok. Its a fast food place with a sit down price. Around $12 for a mushroom n Swiss burger with fries. They forgot to put the lettuce on it, and the meat seems to be lacking in flavor, but it is juicy. Had a chocolate shake also, which made the total just over $17 for one person, and the shake wasnt very good. Could get a steak and fries for the price. Would probably eat somewhere else next time.

The food here is good but the service is terrible. There is young female manager there that is horrible. Shes rude, messes up orders and is quick to argue. I try to avoid getting food from here at all costs because the food is decent Only thing I would add is that the pricing is sort of screwy. Everything is ala cart so just beware, that while it looks cheap the final price wont be.

We came here because of a mail promotion we got for a free burger. We got 2 burgers and fries. The price was comparable to a Five-Guys, but it just wasnt that good. Meat was under-seasoned and very, very greasy. Fries were alright. Buns seemed like they were Great Value brand. Not terrible, but Id rather go down the street to Five-Guys in Dunn Loring.

We waited over 30 minutes for our burgers - there were just two of us and we didnt order anything special. The fries were soggy and had a long john silvers taste. The burgers tasted awful - we ordered the same thing and each had a different disgusting flavor. Will not be eating here again especially for the price!

I had eaten here previously a year or so ago, and I remember it being pretty good. This time, it was the worst burger Ive ever tried to eat. Im not sure how they accomplished it, but the beef burger had a distinct fishy taste. After one bite, I was done and threw the rest away. The fries were good, though.

Was very good at first. Now its McDonalds quality. The old switcherooo. Quality and taste down significantly. Burger meat has the same hard fatty artery things youd find at McDs. Worst part is they still charge 15 bucks for burger, fries and a drink. Go to 5 guys.

It was my first time trying Elevation Burger, so I was a little hesitant but!! I Absolutely loved it, the young lady was very patience with me deciding my order {I had veggie burger!!!} & I received my burger within 3 to 4 minutes . . . . definitely coming back!

The food of this place on Fairfax’s Main St. tastes fresh & juicy. The fries are well cooked and beef is really delicious which is organically raised. Even their veggie burger is well prepared. A decent combo in terms of quality and price.

Good burgers and the new chicken sand which is beyond good. It is a little more pricier for a fast food. Positive thing is the animals are grass-fed instead of hormones. Thats their motto, I believe.
