I love Red Robin so I was so excited that my new job has a Red Robin across the street. My co-workers and I went for lunch, we asked for a table for 5. This is at 12:15pm on a Friday. We were told that there would be a 20 minute wait as there are no tables available. We pointed out that there was an empty table right by the door that would be fine, however we were informed by the hostess that it had not been cleaned. After requesting it to be cleaned she informed us it will take her a while to find someone to clean it, and then they will have to take the time to clean it. We asked if she could have it cleaned right away as we were unable to wait that long at lunch time. She was unable to do so, which resulted in us going across the street to the Green Turtle. I would understand if the hostess had made an attempt to accommodate us and was unsuccessful but she made it clear that a party of 5 was not even worth the effort.

This used to be one of my go-to spots for picking up dinner on the way home, but in the last two weeks I have been disappointed on two occasions. The first time, my to-go order was never placed. Instead of telling me this, the gentleman helping me tried to put the order in while I was standing there. I saw him doing this. Once I confronted him about it, he told me the order had not been placed, and asked if I had time to wait while they cooked my food. Unfortunately, I did not. I tried using them a week later and called in a large lunch order for myself and my coworkers. A side of onion rings that was ordered was not received, and two of the three burgers that were ordered were incorrect. Its a shame because I like their food, but I dont have the patience for such poor service.

The food tasted of salt. I believe that was the only seasoning used to prepare my food. The salad was obviously old and turning brown. I choked down the over priced steak because i did not want my money to go to waste. When the driver finally got to my house he expected me to go out to his car to pick up me food but I would not! I told him I did not give you a tip so I can pick up my food! I expect him to get out of his car and deliver my food to my door! He finally got out of his car to give me my food. I would not order from this restaurant again because the food was not good, it was to salty and the salad was not fresh. Additionally, the driver was rude by expecting me to pick up my food from his car window!

I do not have a problem with the staff here or their food. My issue is that the portable stations located at the tables that you can use to place order or pay your bill are not always functioning. Since this is a very busy Red Robins the staff is always making sure that you are ok and their are not paying attention to the bill since the portable stations are supposed to be available to ease their work. If you are one of the lucky customer that got a broken portable station you need to have a lot of patients if you have to ask for your bill and pay for it. It took us 20 minutes from the time I requested the bill to the time I signed it off.

If I could put a negative star, that would’ve been my choice. Went there on Sunday around 3:30 pm so not a big lunch rush. It took our waitress Melissa 25 minutes to serve the food for kids without any napkins and/or booster seat which we have asked for. Another 20 minutes passed and our food was serviced, still no napkins, no booster seat for kids and no silverware for salads. She did come by and said she forgot about it but didn’t bring those over at all. Finally had to talk to another waitress for basic supplies. Please do yourself a favor and try to avoid.

Kayleigh was nice and a patient server for our 10 person lunch table. The restaurant was not very busy yet the service was so slow. Food and drinks took almost an hour to receive, were not even luke warm and just plain terrible. As a general rule, I go out of my way to be gracious to servers because I know often times it is a thankless job. But this place was ridiculous. If I could rate at zero stars I would. Amanda helped Kayleigh deliver our food. She was so unbelievably RUDE. All in all my 2nd experience at Red Robin in the last decade and I WILL NOT return.

I have eaten here and there food is not only mediocre but there customer services are a bad experience the general manager looked at me as if I couldnt afford to eat there who n i asked to speak to him over a undercooked meal my server also has informed me he made racial remarks over the style of there hair not to mention all the trash on the ground and crayons in the seats the only positive thing about my experience was a young African American hostess with braids who greeted me with a kind smile but even that will not have me return to this restaurant

The pizza was wet?.....i have never had wet pizza, i had to put it in the oven. It sounds like it was microwaved, witch is really off putting, i have eaten the unos pizza before and never had a problem but this is the second time iv had a problem with this locations food. Iv eaten in before and the food was served cold. The zucchini chips were cold and that was unfortunate for my palette. The BBQ wings were great fortunately. Im unsure if i will continue to eat at this location.

Waitress took 20 min just to put in the ticket order. SPILLED WATER IN MY BAG because she wasnt paying attention to the drink in her hand. She moved the ordering tablet to another table, where the kid there ORDERED GAMES ON OUR TAB. My mom paid for them, because it would have taken another 20 minutes just to flag someone down. Jokes om the waitress, it came out of her tip. Horrible.

Food is decent, service is slow. Staff seemed preoccupied with one another at times. But the thing that got me the most was how dirty the kitchen looked. My table had a direct view and it got worse and worse as time passed. I saw manager and staff step over the trash on the floor for about 1hr. I even took a picture. Definitely was a big turnoff.

Southern charm burger was good, and the wife liked her bacon Swiss burger, but they need more servers. We waited for servers to return the entire time...flagging someone down want way. Fries were cold the first time around. Bottomless freckled lemonade was good, but bottomless only counts when you can get a server to come around.

This location was extremely short staffed, there were about 3 waitresses in the whole restaurant on the 4th of july. It took us 45 min to get our food from when we ordered,our drinks from the bar came out after we finished eating.I will not be revisiting Red Robin Germantown location it was very disappointing.
