I love elevation but this one not so much. I was there today and when I walked in there was no one behind the counter, I stood there for almost 10 minutes waiting for someone to come out. I saw someone in the back and thought they saw me so I didnt say anything for a bit then I tried to make noise and say hello but still nothing. Then a person came in and when she was taking my order I realized really quickly she knew almost no english. Im fine with speaking slowly and working with people when English isnt the first language and I had no problem until it took telling her 8 times what I wanted. Finally she called for someone and apparently the person that ignored me was the manager of the store and she took my order...finally! Then come to find out when Im home that they messed almost everything on both burgers. If this was the first time this happened I wouldnt make a fuss, hell if this was the 2nd or 3rd time I wouldnt but how hard is it to deal with the only person in there for the last 15 minutes on a 2 burger order? This elevation has gotten mine and my familys order wrong more often than not.

Terrible service and manners. The server "Yelling "customers wrong name and blame the customer not answered. Then throw the plate on the table. This is the worst service franchise in Vienna. The fries are too salty and greasy. I am not the only one who treated like this in this store. You should educate the employees how to deliver the food. Why dont you just call the number of order just like Five guys if you cant hear and say customers name correctly.

Terrible service. I waited at the counter for about 2min. An employee finally came, but did not say a word. No greeting, no "can I help you". After I placed my order, the employee just stood there, not saying anything. Its obvious this employee did not want to say one word with me. Never come back.

Excellent 100% organic, grass-fed, free-range beef burgers. They are never frozen since they are ground in house and hand pattied. Organic Vegan and Veggie hamburgers. Full menu with Shakes, Fries and Chicken.
