Some places create an experience where you feel valued. Voxx made me feel awful. I came here to meet a friend, and it was my first visit. My hormones require a no carb diet, which seriously restricts what I can consume at a coffee shop. But I still try to order instead of simply using their space. I typically order shots on ice, and mix it with a protein shake that I have brought (everything coffee shops sell is loaded with sugar and other carbohydrates). The barista flat out refused my only request: shots in a large iced cup. She would only serve the shots in a very small cup, and had zero interest when I showed her my drink and asked for her to accommodate a special dietary requirement. She didnt care, and was rudely dismissive. She said the owner wont allow it. OK! Never coming back.

A barely serviceable espresso on par with those Ive had in airport lounges out of instant machines. Generally bland, underdeveloped and acrid. It was largely disappointing as the atmosphere here was pleasant; several tables and large windows that opened to the street created an open and airy environment. Given my pleasure with the open windows I even forgave them for the flies that filled the interior. I would consider giving them another shot (pun intended) but only if they work on their coffee.

I love this place! I wasnt even a coffee drinker before Voxx, but the combination of a great atmosphere and convenient location by a bus stop and a nice hub to the neighborhood has got me hooked. I would go in there and get tea or hot chocolate just to be a part of the good vibe in the morning - due to staff and patrons alike! Oh yeah, I also find their coffee to be in the uppermost tiers of deliciousness from all the places Ive now gone to get coffee. Keep it up Voxx!

I love the environment for working here on my days off. There are sufficient outlets to plug in devices and the couches are so comfy. They have a good variety of gourmet sandwiches, snacks and pastries. The coffee is pretty good too! I love their mochas and chai because they are not overly sweet. The staff is pretty friendly and always happy to do customizations to your drink.

Worth the trip when youre wanting to avoid the all Starbucks and try something with a coffeehouse feel. Nice place to sit and relax rather than line up and dash. Not a huge location but you can usually find a spot. I havent tried more than the scones but Ive enjoyed what I have.

I come in here all the time and I cant believe I havent written a review yet. The baristas make the most delicious lattes and dont fuss when I ask for a special request. I highly recommend stopping by to get your caffeine fix and enjoy the warm welcoming environment!!

Broke up with Starbucks. Im with Voxx now. Great coffee, great atmosphere. I agree it would be a great place to study or catch up with a friend. Just upscale enough, just cozy enough. It encompasses Seattle with a little Portland tossed in. Highly recommend!

but whats new at most seattle coffee shops. young punks with a holier than thou attitude. however, this place is comfortable! great seating, nice light, and i got what i came for.... goood coffee!!! so get over yourselves and dont take it personally.

I am super picky and snobbish with my coffee. Usually baristas look at me like Im crazy when I order but at Voxx they delivered exactly what I wanted with a smile. I highly recommend this place to anybody!!!

Voxx is a great place as a coffee shop. The service is fairly friendly and there is a decent amount of space for Eastlake coffee shops to set up your laptop and work and still get to see the bustling life.

Good in a pinch, had to stop to answer some emergent work messages. Coffee was hot (Lighthouse Roasters, delicious), and the breakfast sandwich was on point. would definitely go again. Comfy couch

Beans and machine used are great, you need to add a shot or two for larger drinks or itll taste watered down. Quick service with a Seattle hipster freeze feel, its very Eastlake.
