I never write reviews but I felt like I had to share my experience. First off we love Smashburger. We usually enjoy eating there. My family and I went into store 1265 in Seneca Meadows Park to order some food. As soon as we started to order the cashier who was also the shift manager named Naquell had an attitude like she was above her job and like we were an inconvenience. We had a coupon for buy one entree get one free. When we showed her the coupon she told us to produce a Barcode for the coupon which it did not have. But it had a number code which I gave her. She must have entered it wrong cause the total was still high. When we were questioning amongst ourselves about the price she asked us with an attitude if there is something wrong with the order cause she entered everything correctly. I told her that we did not have a problem with the order but with her attitude towards us. We were patient with her and dealt with her attitude up until that point. She then proceeded to throw my credit card on the counter and said out loud I cant deal with you Im gonna get someone else to check you out in front of us the customers and everyone else in line. Then she continued to go on about it to the cooks that were right behind us. It doesnt matter if youre a cashier at a burger joint or the most successful lawyer in town. If thats the job you have take pride in it and dont take it out on other people. Everyone has their issues but leave it at home. I am very upset with our experience at smashburger and will continue to complain until Smashburger resolves this issue. Great food is a plus but the experience is what makes customers come back.

I cant even begin to describe how bad the service is here. We have ordered from this restaurant three different occasions and all three times the order was not only wrong, but completely wrong. I dont know what more to say other then "chicken sandwich with no mayo and please be sure there is no mayo because last time I said no mayo and there was mayo on it." Get the chicken sandwich home, and it is covered in mayo, oh and missing 2 of the 4 fries we ordered. That is the shortest example, the rest take too long to write, Im not wasting any more of my time on this place. STAY AWAY, unless you like playing food roulette!

Underwhelming. We went on Mothers day Afternoon around 2:15. We put our order in around that time and didnt get our food until after 3. It took 30-40 minutes and the place was not that crowded. I ordered a milkshake which was really good, but it came out about 20 minutes before my meal so I wasnt too hungry. The b. I got a beef burger on egg roll with cheese and bacon. The burger was on top of a puddle of grease, so the bun was a little soaked in the bottom. The burger was also pretty salty, detracting from the flavor.

Took my girlfriend here for dinner. At first we thought it was expensive, but it was worth it. They cooked everything to order and had it to us within 7 minutes. The burgers were juicy and cooked well with lots of flavor. The chocolate shakes we ordered were good as well. In addition, the shop is well up kept. The only complaint I have maybe is the parking...but theres a parking garage for the shopping center close by if you dont mind a short walk.

I love smash burger. But this location started closing up 30 minutes early. And chairs were up on tables and my fries were cold as if they had made a bunch of fries and turned off the fryer already prior to closing. Good burger. Good fries. But dont go to this location close to closing.

Went today for lunch, and tried the regular bacon cheese burger with smash sauce on the side and fries... its not bad at all, taste like homemade burger... which is not a bad thing.... going to try the chicken burger with avocado next trip

Smashburger is always a good choice for quality fast food and friendly service. But this location needs to clean the place better. This is my third or fourth time here and its always dirty, tables sticky and fries on the floor and seats.
