ordered seafood pancake, and tang-soo-yook. the tang-soo-yook from this place was actually Beijing style, know as gguoh-bah-lo-u. The difference is that the beijing style has sweet rice batter which make the tang-soo-yook more sticky. They should state in the menu that the tang-soo-yook is not Korean style. The bottle of soju came opened, which is a big no-no for Korean restaurants or bars. The owner and the waitress claimed that they opened it for us, but it is a common sense to keep the soju bottle capped when serving. The food was above better than most Korean restaurants in Ithaca, but not good enough to revisit considering their doubtful service.

I cant believe that I avoided this place for half a year due to the sketchy-sounding name. Its now one of my favorite Asian restaurants in Ithaca, and the homemade noodles are some of the best I have ever had. Their take-out is just as good, and seems to usually be ready in less than 10 min after it is called in. (My only minor gripe is that they need to install a curtain near the door -- every time someone opens it in the winter a blast of cold air comes in.) Update: today my fiancee discovered that the jja jang myun is so damn good it sets off the explosive detectors at the airport. Make sure to finish leftovers before going through security.

There are a lot of Asian restaurants in Ithaca, but with the notable exception of the Thai restaurants, a lot of the food is merely adequate. Asia Cuisine is among the best and most reliable places to get Asian food in Ithaca. The prices are reasonable, the wait staff is polite, and the food is consistently tasty and fresh. One minor complaint is that the time between when Ive ordered and when its arrived has varied. Sometimes its very fast, other times I feel Ive waited longer than Id expected, though the wait has never been unreasonable.

Omg the food here is excellent! I never had Korean food before it was sooooo good! I am definitely going back! Only thing that peeved me was the waitress demanded 15% at the time she placed the check on the table. We where already to tip more because it was so good, but we where put off on the idea that they actually demanded it. I personally would have tipped 25%-30% as it was that good, but I just feel its rude to demand a tip for anything, I mean its a restaurant, unless you live under a rock you know you normally tip.

I worked there and before I worked there I was regular customer there. While I was employed there, I have noticed some problems with a lot of people with food allergy. If you are one of those person, you have to tell waiters/waitresses regardless of whether allergen is listed on the food description or not. Owner is NOT American and not fluent in English. He sometimes miss out and miss label the ingredients. But waiters/waitresses are fluent enough in English to know the correct ingredients.

I used to go here for sushi, which is great, until I discovered the bento box. Amazing. Lunch is cheaper than dinner, I think, and it can be chilly in the winter, but the tea they serve before the meal will warm you right up. Delicious, quick, and affordable.

The sushi at Asia Cuisine is very fresh and delicious. The rice is still a tad warm when the plate reaches the table. This is the best sushi Ive found in Ithaca and in my other travels, and I plan on coming back to this restaurant every chance I get.

amazingly delicious food! we ordered 2 entrees and 2 appetizers on a night when it was packed, and all of our food arrived within 10 minutes. so many choices on the menu and all I have tried have been superb.

I was happy to see menus with japanese, korean and chinese food option, food was good, service was fast than expected. i love it. i am surprised that why this place is not crowded. a must go restaurant. ;)

Large menu selection, quick service. Place is quite small so its not a great place for big groups, but they move people in and out pretty quickly. Pretty inexpensive meal. Lots of vegetarian options.

We had some sushi rolls, korean jampong and mandu and they were all decent. The size of the roll and mandu are smaller than normal but were good. I would give a 6-7 on the scale of 1 to 10.
