If its possible I will not give a single star. I stop by yesterday night at this Taco Bell for drive through around 11:30PM. There were almost 7 cars ahead of mine and one beside me. When it comes to my turn I started giving order and the lady (Nancy) was attending me, she was in so hurry that she didnt give me time to order enough items and quantity. She was like what else, come on, done, I have one more car behind you to attend etc etc. She was so rude to entertain customer. I just took like 30 seconds to give order still she pushed me so hard to speed up. When I did pick up I ask boy that shes so rude, whats her name? He closed the window and started working and ignoring me. When I didnt left from there he opened the window and said Nancy. So I didnt know its true name or not. Also, I ordered 7 items and I told him to put too many sauces but he just put like 7 only. I would never recommend this place and never come back.

We waited 22 mins for our order when one of the employees asked what our order was because they had forgotten to make our order. At this point we asked for a refund but was told the manager was "busy", when she finally came out from the back office she tried to help push out or order. We told the employees to stop and they just looked at us dumbfounded and called for the manager again. We told her that it now had been 26 mins and still not received our order, she asked us "what do you want me to do about it?", Umm we had already asked for a refund and she nor the crew had any urgency about them. After wasting 30 mins of our time and no food to so for it and walking out, 3 men walked into the dining room and the cashier told them that they werent serving anymore customers and closed the dining room 45 mins early.

I went despite reading other bad reviews and I regret it. The cashier didnt have manners. He awkwardly gave me eye contact without saying anything when it was my turn to order. Then he swept up spilled ice with his hands right before giving me a damp receipt. The ice machine was broken and a ladder blocked the drink machine. All the sodas were flat, warm, and unrefreshing. Relative to other Taco Bell locations, the food was not bad, but not the best. I will not return to this location.

The worst food I have ever had. I understand its fast quick burritos but it was the absolute worst food I have tried to eat.I use to love taco bell but this is inedible. Cold burritos, chunky, cold, mushy "cruchy"tacos, communication( I am not going to even attempt an explaination because I dont want to be labeled as non progressive( really) if I order nachos, I dont want gorditos.terrible food, but again a burrito for 12cents what do you want.

The place wasnt clean in fact the door to the entrance/exit was shinning , one of the staff was looking at me in a surprising way ( cuz i am not a native i guess ? ) , food was cold , even the cup i used was slipping from my hand thats how dirty it was , Wont visit again unless i got nothing else , wont recommend :(( a tip Wendys is like 5 steps from this " Restaurant " go there .

The service has gotten Much worse over the last year. I went here recently, and after waiting for the drive through teller to take my order three times because he kept talking and laughing with somebody else at the same time, I waited for my food, only to get the wrong item. And then he accused me of lying to him and demanded to see my bag to make sure. All for a taco.

Came into the restaurant to hear the lady at the register being load. Then she come up to the register and walk away after asking if you are ready and precede to walk away during order taking. Moment later yelling hello for a man to get his food and being obnoxious to him. Her name letters are MC. Also slow but said sorry for the wait from one of the preparation personal.

Orders are always prepared correctly and quickly and the cashiers are always friendly. The only issue I ever had was when I went inside the restaurant and the unsupervised kids (teens and younger) were running around playing soccer and being pretty loud and obnoxious. Makes me sound old and stodgy but not appealing even though I was only waiting to take my food to go.

This taco bell is definitely one of the worst Ive ever visited, alway closes early than scheduled, I wish I could get this review to corporates, its 10.33 pm and so far in less than 5 minutes 2 other costumers approached the door and also pissed about seeing the schedule in the door appointing 11 pm when theyre close already... Bad taco bell too bad...

Waited in line for 45 minutes. Ordered a 12 pack of Tacos with meat and cheese only. Asked 3 times to verify that they were just meat and cheese. Got back to hotel to find that they had everything on them. Most agriviating experience. Would not go back and definitely would not recommend. Extremely slow and unable to get orders correct.

After midnight this becomes Taco Hell. Amazingly slow service and the drive thru backs up with like 7 cars, more on the weekend. In fact, I am writing this review while waiting. It has been 35 minutes since pulling into the drive thru and there are still 4 cars between me and the window. Its crazy.

The worst taco bell Ive ever been to! Tortillas were stale and burritos had very inconsistently distributed filling. Bathrooms reminded me of living in a dorm, no toilet paper, piss all over the floor and seat. I cant come up with a positive honestly. I didnt get sick?

This location is very clean and fast! Ivette P. is a very welcoming staff person, efficient cashier, and she keeps the dining area spotless! I appreciated her service and the overall professional and comfortable environment the staff has created here.

They screwed up my mobile order twice. The chalupas were stale and there was no sought cream so I went in and told them and they re made it and still no sour cream! Its not rocket science. The soda tasted overly carbonated too.

The place was a dump. Garbage cans were overflowing and it looked like it hadnt been cleaned in days. The counter staff was unfriendly to the point of being rude. Please stay away from this Taco Bell.

Love it good place for to go if you wake up 1:00 a:m in the morning starving they close 2:00 a:m and Friday and saturday they close 3:00 a:m.
