This is a typical dairy queen experience. The staff are somewhat friendly, although not always the most knowledgable. It seems they have a lot of newer employees who just dont know how to make the drinks or ice cream correctly without supervision. However, if you get one of the more experienced employees, you are in and out with your cold treat in no time. I have tried the hot food here a few times. Notably, the mushroom swiss burger and the chicken tenders. Both are average and what you would expect from a dairy queen. Its good for a quick bite, for sure and prices are relatively cheap. But, DQ is definitely better for the cold treats. Im a big fan of the blizzard, but lately I have been indulging in the hidden menu treat of a Arctic Float. Thats right. Its not on the menu but you can order it and the employees know what it is. Its a cup filled 3/4 of the way with the arctic rush flavor of your choice and then soft serve ice cream dropped right into it. The best of both worlds! Costs the same as a standard arctic float. I highly recommend it! Just make sure they fill the cup with the arctic rush first, otherwise the syrup wont mix properly.

Every time we come, service is lackadaisical at best. Workers have a hard time understanding English and constantly mess up orders (especially when customization is involved). Blizzards are never flipped (probably bc theyre not blended thick enough to stay). Ive been duplicate charged on two separate occasions. Hot food is always bland and tastes distinctly frozen cooked. We keep coming bc its convenient hoping that itll get better but alas it never does. Disappointing bc the location is great.

The food is as expected. Burgers are pretty good. The little know fact is they have good lunch specials. 4 different meals to choose from and they all come with a blizzard for a $1 more. Plenty of parking. Restrooms. TV. Comfortable environment. Friendly staff.

8/10/2017 at noon I bought a flamethrower cheeseburger from them and I was DISGUSTED by the dead lettuce they topped my sandwich off with. Never again!! Save your money, there is no reason to pay nearly 10 bucks for this when five guys is around the corner.

Stopped into DQ for a blizzard. Was great as always. Place was clean and service was pretty quick. Staff was friendly...management just wants to clear the line.
